The worst hotel experience of my life. Room was noisy as if you’re sleeping on the side walk. The bathroom smelled like cigarettes in a non smoking room. The staff were super slow. They tried to make it nicer by faking service and being nice. Terrible place. Never go there.

Nice Hotel, exellent service

Staff are just excellent. They have now become like friends. Very welcoming and humble. Ritesh, Sara, Alisha along with all other at the front desk are just amazing

Ambience, service and selction of restaurants

Great stay after pour Everest Basecamp trek. Much calmer neighbourhood than Thamil area. Very friendly staff. Great views from the roof top bar and swimming pool.

Good service, food, cleanliness

I used here for business. Because it has good facility and stable internet, it is very good for business.

The F and B can be improved. Quality of food was not up to expectation. This was indicated to the hotel staff.

Things I like most about this hotel is the hospitality from the staff. Those staff in front desk are always smiling, I never seen them in a bad attitude. The roof top restaurant and food is really good. It is because of the staff and their Nepali hospitality from their heart, I keep on coming back to stay in Vivanta.

This hotel really is the standard of excellence. In every aspect from the servers to the chef to housekeeping to front desk to the spa outstanding!!!

The staff were amazing in particular at breakfast, they would go out of their way to be extra helpful. Ordered almond milk specially for me and on my last day I received a special desert with “bon voyage” written on the plate

Comfortable business hotel, but not much character. Central heating was too hot and difficult to regulate in room. Nice breakfast buffet.

Donot go to this hotel. They overcharged us.

If you are not white, your check-in process may be terrible. I had to return to the hotel three times to get my room. I booked the room for 9 days, and they tried to stick me in a lower-floor smoking room. I had to raise my voice at the guy at the check-in counter to get a room finally. My white co-worker arrived a few days after me, was welcomed with a scarf, and immediately provided the highest floor room. We both had booked the same type of room at the same price. Apart from the check-in experience, the rest of the stay was great. The rooms are spacious, modern, clean, and nice. The staff at the breakfast service was amazing. The hotel is surrounded by some amazing restaurants.

Excelente hotel, sobretodo el trato del personal, habitaciones muy buenas y un desayuno incluidi super variado. La zona laliptur es tranquila y a 10 minutos a pies esta el Labim mall muy moderno para ser Nepal....
