Great staff and clean hub.

Já ficamos em outro estabelecimemto da rede, em Copenhagen. Os hubs eram similares, excelentes. Gostei da equipe, especialmente do Mathias que é muito simpático e proativo. A única questão é que a.limpeza dosnbanheiros e chuceiros nao é doa melhores.

Was such a cool experience! Staff was beyond friendly! Would frequent again. Be advised, these are not your typical sleeping quarters.

unfortunately I was met with a terrible stench of sweat the minute I walked into the bedroom area. The charging points are at the head of the bed so it's impossible to work in the pod. The self check in process takes way longer than a normal human check in and when I left straight away (I had to book another hotel it smelt so bad) I was harassed by the lady at the front desk out into the street. if you want a hostel this is an option but its not for those looking to stay somewhere if you need to work.

The staff are exceptional, they were the best part of the hotel. The location was clean, quiet, close to good locations. I would definitely return.

Fantastic! A great experience all round and a concept they should bring to other big cities. Comfortable, lovely staff and great location. Would recommend.

The staff was extremely helpful, this is the first time using a hostile when we booked we thought it was a hotel. Regardless, it’s great for the young people traveling and backpacking. We are not close to that age but was very happy to see there are secure places for the young people to stay. The staff really makes the stay - Matthias does an awesome job. All are very good but he really loves his job

I would recommend this place to anyone who is on the fence about trying a hostel for the first time. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms were really nice, and you have a surprising amount of privacy. The staff was excellent and provided great food and excursion recommendations. I would highly recommend City hub to anyone!

Be very careful when booking on Expedia. I haven’t had opportunity yet to contact Expedia but the price before you click booking saying all taxes and fees included was $150, $50 less than what ended up to be $200 a night. Now about the place, it’s only ok if you are saying a couple of night and are someone who sleeps in whatever conditions. For the price, you are way better off booking directly with other hotels in the area. Don’t just rely on Expedia. The space is sooo cramped plus going to shared separate toilet and shower area, it’s a novelty with very low value for your money. Because it’s a actually like a pod space with no standing up on your bed, your bed on the lower bunker will hear everything.., the rolling luggage’s, walking, running, friends talking, coughing, opening and closing of nearby pod doors and toilet doors…. And that’s throughout the night as people have different schedules coming back and checking out for airports. And each container has one lower pod with bed on the floor and one higher pod with bed on top: both have two person standing space and only two person standing space. You can hear the top bunker dropping their phones falling in sleep, zipping bags, sneezing, talking… it’s absolutely horrible. It’s cool but not comfortable and value for the money at all. I don’t write negative reviews easily but this one is just so terribly misleading and low value for the space and goods/services you receive that I feel obligated to write about it.

Ich war zum zweiten Mal da. Total komfortabel. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Die Armbänder für die Türe wären praktisch aber mein Arm war einfach zu dünn und ich musste mich sehr darauf konzentrieren das Armband nicht zu verlieren.

Unreal. Way above my expectations. 10/10, would recommend to anyone looking for a different type of lodging experiences.

Great place to stay outside of the center of the city. Its about 30-40 mintue walk from the center of the city. If your planning to spend most of yoyr time exploring, City Hub was perfect, clean, easy checkin/checkout and theres always someone at the front to help you! The staff gave great recommendations and were super friendly! Would recommend!

It was an exceptional stay. The property was top notch with excellent service. The stuff were super friendly and lovely as always in suggestions as to what and where to eat and visit. It was a wonderful stay.

The room is more spacious than I expected and the bed is huge and cozy. Bathroom is beautiful and clean.
