Clean, pleasant, very well located right next to Maritime Museum and easy walk to many attractions. View from our room was lovely.

This hotel always lives up to expectations, excellent location, lovely views, always very friendly, helpful staff behind the desk, bar, restaurant and especially the cleaners who rarely get a mention. Highly recommend to everyone.

I thought I could use SPA for free, but was told, it is 15EURO per day. Should be told on youe web.

Amazing hotel with excellent views

Hotel beds were very comfortable however there are a few MAJOR issues. First and foremost, we booked this hotel specifically for the pool. However upon arrival they did not tell us that you have to pay 15 euros per person, per day to use the amenities. We only found out after we went down to ask why our key would not let us into the pool area. As this is the only reason we booked this hotel it was incredibly frustrating. The second big concern is that the bathroom door is a sliding door and has a large opening for the handle. That means you can hear everything happening in the bathroom at all times. Fine if you are a solo traveller but not fine if you are with someone. Hotels.com needs to do better on informing people that there is a fee for the pool, as they’ve done with other amenities. I would never book this hotel again as there are so many other, better options in Rotterdam.

This would be a great 3 Star hotel! But it's meant to be 4 star and falls short! Very basic rooms, very noisy rooms, the noise of the bedroom doors closing is very loud! And the interconnecting room I was in I could hear everything from the room next door! Staff were very helpful though and the cloths steamer in the room was a nice touch! Very clean though throughout, bed very comfortable pillows not great though! The pool etc are in the hotel next door and are chargeable which was annoying and not explained in Expedia.

Great room

The hotel is in an excellent location, especially if you plan to visit the Ahoy Convention Center. The metro station is right outside the door, and there are plenty of fantastic restaurants nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel there was a lot of construction work through the night which didn’t help our first nights sleep but then they finished work for the weekend The staff were very helpful and the whole feel of the hotel was good best air conditioning room we have ever had also ! We didn’t have food at hotel or breakfast would definitely stay there again if we went back to rottendam lovely view of the bridge from our room also

Very well located hotel for exploring Rotterdam with amazing connections to the public transport on the doorstep. Friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms oh and cookies on check in? Perfect stay!

Great location, breakfast and views from the top floor which was opened up for 1 hour on Saturday morning. Not sure if it's opened up on other days.
