Our stay was amazing and perfectly suited our family’s needs. The location was ideal, within walking distance to the beach and close to everything we wanted to do, with a grocery store nearby as well. Jay was incredibly warm, kind, and accommodating. I especially want to highlight his character. During our stay, he went out of his way to decorate a room for a guest who planned to propose to his girlfriend, covering the cost himself with rose petals, champagne, and balloons. Unfortunately, that guest canceled at the last minute and left a negative review. I saw the video of the room Jay prepared and felt it was important to share how thoughtful and generous he truly is. The property was exactly as shown in the photos, clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I would absolutely encourage anyone considering this place to book with confidence.

Let's start with the outside landscaping, it is beautiful especially at night when the lights are on. The inside was nice and clean and smelled really nice. It has all the amenities for a stay away from home including 2 TV's and a kitchenette. The location was great for walking downtain and to catch the bus to all the beaches. It is centrally located to all the attractions. The host was very attentive and available to answer any questions. I will definitely go back to Aruba and stay at Eagle Stays Aruba!

Excelente lugar, limpio, tranquilo, seguro

This was our very first villa stay in Aruba at Eagle Stays Aruba and it was the best decision we made. Eagle Stays Aruba is beautiful, peaceful, clean, and in the middle of everything you desire. Its a perfect location to enjoy every part of Aruba with easy access to driving, Taxis, Buses, or walking literally a 3 min walk acros the street to Eagle Beach. Jay the owner, extended himself above and beyond from the very second we arrived as he waited by the gate to greet us on arrival to the very last moment before heading back home and was available just a phone call away every moment during our stay which was commendable and admirable of him. It was home away from home and that in itself is priceless! Everything we needed was available to us with no hesitation, our time in Aruba was amazingly beautiful and staying with Eagle Stays Aruba Villas made it home. I can't thank you enough Jay and Eagle Stays for making our time their memorable..We look forward to seeing you again in November!! This is now our new home away from home...10 Stars!!!

Very clean and safe

Beautiful cozy place, 5 min by walking to the grocery store, the beach, and the bus stop; 15 min away from downtown. The host Jay (the owner) is very welcoming, friendly, helpful, and a very pleasant person. The studio felt like home! I would be happy to stay there again!

This is a fairly new property, having just opened in January 2025 and they are adding more units. Before I even arrived in Aruba, I called the property office twice and each time I spoke with Andy who was super nice, helpful and comforting! I had some issues with the transportation company I had booked claiming they did not have a reservation for me but had collected my money through Expedia! Warning - DO NOT BOOK AIRPORT TRANSFER WITH Taxi2Airport!!! They are a scam!!!! Andy put me at total ease and explained to me exactly where to catch a taxi from the airport. It worked out perfectly and cost far less!! Jay, the owner of the property is simply wonderful! He is professional, welcoming, and caters to the needs of his clients. He maintains the property in a neat and clean manner. If you run out of anything (paper towels, tissue, soap for the dispenser, etc.) you just ask and he provides. I stayed at this Airbnb for 7 nights and only had challenges for one day with the internet service while on the property. You will likely have some challenges with internet service as you move around the island regardless of who your carrier is. Lots of people complain about that. I used a roaming plan and just hooked up to the internet of wherever I visited on the island. I stayed in the studio unit and the bedding was very comfortable. There is a supermarket a 7 minute walk and a mall about 15 minutes walk. Overall, I loved this place and will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

This was my first visit to Aruba with my teenage daughters - it was fantastic. I loved the feeling of being at home at this quant villa. We were in a quiet area of the island which i enjoyed. Jay was amazing and extremely warm and welcoming. He was always accessible and if we needed anything, provided it promptly. The villa was clean and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the waterfall shower. I cooked breakfast a few mornings which was great, I had everything I needed. Local supermarket a few minutes away. I enjoyed coffee in the early morning right outside our private villa. I will definitely stay here again when we return to Aruba. I was extremely pleased with our stay. Thank you for everything Jay!

We had such a relaxing time! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed. One of the best parts was all the helpful tips we received. We rented a cooler and beach chairs from them, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions. Andy was fantastic—he recommended some great local restaurants that were both inexpensive and delicious Seafood! were an outstanding experience, and we especially loved Red fish and Zeerover!

Staying at this beautiful new property, with an amazing and friendly host, completely elevated our experience back to gorgeous Aruba! The apartment was fully furnished with a stocked kitchen and everything we needed for cooking breakfast each morning after an intitial run to the neighborhood market. The property was pristine and the landscaping offered several seating areas for enjoying nature or socializing. The location was perfect for a local feel just a block from the beach, and a short drive to downtown, Palm beach area and all in between. We rented a car so we could drive all over the island. Highly recommend having a car because there is plenty of free parking in the private apartment complex. If you are looking for a homebase to explore all Aruba has to offer, hosted by a kind and knowledgeable local, you will love this newly available property!
