The location of the property is excellent. However the hotel needs a renovation. Staff is very friendly.

We had a room overlooking the water. It would have been great to sit on the balcony with a morning cup of tea. But it must be the first hotel in the Netherlands that doesn't have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Very disappointing. The bathroom had been renovated and was nice and modern. It had a huge sink but no counter space for toiletries etc. The lighting was very poor and not bright enough for shaving, applying makeup etc. Despite that, we will be back when the weather is warmer.

Het matras was heel zacht, ik lag in een kuil. Verder was bij de vensterbank de verf afgebladerd zodat het een vies gezicht is. De rest was alles goed.

Room was very cold we slipped with jacket over night.pool was cold . Suna was close . 3 days no hoover in our room . Towels was dry in storage top of the dirty chair as you seen in photo .

Ligging was goed. Hotel kan een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Slaapkamer was gehorig. Goed ontbijt.

Dat koffie apparaat en waterkoker bij de kamer moet komen. De twee personen bed moet goed elkaar gezeten worden.

Absolutely not worth staying here, had to have room changed as people were smoking outside our balcony. Be warned to take a fan with you!! Second room was a bit better but had stains on the floor. As for breakfast, you will be let down by the same fatty foods that run out. On our departure date, there was dog sick on the dining area, showed staff member who just didn’t seem bothered. Asked to speak to the manager but conveniently he wasn’t available. Not the experience was was expecting with our two young children. Would leave a lower review if it was possible.

Out of date leaflets were given to us with offers that were no longer available. Wi-Fi wasn’t working until our last night there. Breakfast was VERY limited. We found bugs in our beds and our room was never serviced! The reception and restaurant staff were really nice and helpful and the location is lovely if you have your own transport (which we didn’t!)

This location is great for a family stay. It is nice and calm. Breakfast is very good. The staff were very friendly. Swimming pool was nice and warm. Very close to the highway and P R at Sparnwoude Haarlem is the best one to use by car as the parking is free of cost and travel to Amsterdam Central costs around 10€ up and down.

De dame bij de incheckbalie was vriendelijk. Op mijn vraag of er ook kamers met een badkuip waren, zei ze dat de kamers 2 weken geleden gerenoveerd waren en dat geen enkele kamer meer een bad had en dat ze vergeten zijn om dat van de site af te halen. Het leek ons een niet waarschijnlijk verhaal. Als er werkelijk gerenoveerd zou zijn, zouden de deuren naar het zwembad, de kluisjes bij het zwembad en de trap naar de logies een opknapbeurt hebben gehad. De glazendeuren in de hallen opende de verkeerde kant op voor brandveiligheid. De ontbijtploeg was ontzettend aardig, dat maakte veel goed. Met name het gemis van een badkuip en een telefoon op de kamer om aan te geven dat we dat misten. We hebben genoten van het zwembad, dat was ook echt een plus.

This property is definitely NOT catered to tourists specifically to those who are visiting Amsterdam for the very first time which is my case. The property is very FAR to the city center and is NOT easily accessible using the public transit. The closest bus stop in the area igoing to Amsterdam Central is 1.1 miles away walk and it is not an easy walk specially when it is raining. If you use google maps to navigate going to the hotel from the closest bus stop, you will end up on the other side of the pond opposite the property and you will have to retrace your walk so you can get back to the hotel. I would like to be fair in my review and would like to give credit to a couple of staff for at least providing me with VERY MINIMAL help as to how to get around the place so I can explore the city center, but most of the time the front desk staff will try to prioritize the work they have in their computers rather than prioritizing a client standing in front of the reception. I was even told by one of the staff on a heavy rainy day that it is better to walk the 1.1 miles than waiting for a ride going to the bus station! This hotel in this location is NOT a good place to stay as tourist and will definitely NOT recommend this to my family, friends, and other travelers who are just visiting Amsterdam! I asked one of the staff what clientele do they cater to and was told mostly locals attending seminar or meeting. I think staff should be mindful to all clients’ needs!

Alt i alt var det en god oplevelse at bo på Fletcher Hotel. Morgenmaden var helt fin, og betjeningen god. Der var god hjælp at hente i receptionen. Området ved hotellet er flot og med dejlig natur. Pas på den rasende svane! Swimmingpoolen er helt fin. Men, rengøring af værelset inden ankomst var ikke i orden.

Gleich vorweg: Bitte lasst euch nicht Zimmer Nummer 2 oder 3 geben, diese Zimmer sind schrecklich und liegen etwas abseits von allen anderen Zimmern ( unser Zimmer 3 war alt, ungemütlich, schmuddelig, laut mit Blick auf die Hintertüren des Personals und nicht für 4 Personen geeignet) Nach unserer Bitte nach einem anderen Zimmer in einer der oberen Etagen waren wir zufrieden. Dort entsprach alles einem 4 Sterne Standart. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, das Restaurant gemütlich. Es gab sogar eine Tischtennisplatte (allerdings keine Schläger, die hatten wir aber eh dabei) und einen Pool. Langweilig wurde es also nicht. Angeln ist wohl im See vor dem Hotel möglich, auch das Baden. In der Nähe des Hotels befindet sich eine Art Bauernhof, der einen Besuch lohnt und zu Fuss erreichbar ist. Da das Hotel etwas abseits liegt, muss man immer das Auto nutzen, denn auch die Öffis sind ein Stück weiter weg. Auch schnell mit dem Auto ist die Snowworld erreichbar. Wir würden das Hotel daher empfehlen.

Prima voor een nachtje, maar niet heel schoon, geen airco en beetje vervallen hotel. Wel vriendelijk personeel en goede service

El trato amable y calido, te hace sentir seguro y feliz. El servicio de piscina es de todo el dia, techada y calida. El desayuno de buen sabor. Tranquilo, contacto con la naturaleza, vista al lago y al bosque.

Mooie en rustige omgeving,met een ruime parking. Kamer was ook ruim en netjes. Ontbijt was simpel maar lekker, met genoeg keuze. Minpunten vonden we dat er geen koelkast/minibar is op de kamer. En het luxe borrelplankje vonden we ook geen hoogvlieger. We hebben een prettig verblijf gehad, de kans is groot dat we nog een keer terug komen.
