The worst

On a entendu du bruit la nuit (eau chaude, canalisations, tics électriques), impossible de bien dormir. Nous avons aussi été bloqués au parking car les infos de paiement n’étaient pas claires — nous avons dû revenir à l’accueil après avoir appelé la réception. Café de la machine très cher (~4 €).

The pillows were okay. They could have been better. There were three pillows for the queen-size bed. There was an extra mat on the bed, which made the bed quite soft. The sink and showers are inside the room. The ventilation is problematic because the downstairs reception desk controls it, and they don't allow users to adjust it beyond the set temperature, which is 23 degrees, and there's no hot/cold setting. We asked the reception desk to turn it on, but it reverted to its previous setting during the night. It was uncomfortably cold at night, and we could not control it. There's a self-check-in at the entrance. You have to scan your credit card and collect your room card manually, but when we arrived, they didn't have a card, and luckily, someone from reception was there to help us. Beware, there isn't always someone at the reception desk. Late check-in can be a problem because of this. The nice thing is that the entrance (lobby) is quite cosy. There's a nice atmosphere with pinball, billiards, various games, and a seating area. There's a young and energetic atmosphere there, which is quite nice. The lobby has refrigerators with snacks and sandwiches, as well as cold drinks and coffee makers. It's available for a fee. There are self-lockers where you can leave your luggage. They're very easy to use and free of charge. After 10:00 PM, the exterior doors (garden gates) are closed and can only be opened from the outside with room cards.

Modern, comfortable hotel in an excellent location.

Everything was perfect. The staff were very kind. The area is quiet but close to the city centre, and it feels very safe. The room was spacious, simply furnished, and well organised. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Eindhoven.

Dusjen sto 40cm fra senga, kondens og vann rant langs dusjveggene og samlet seg rett ved senga. Betonggulv uten varme. Det ble også dårlig rengjort.

Nice and clean place.

Sehr schwer mit dem Auto zu finden. Telefonieren geht nicht, da niemand and Telefon geht. Parken kostet 30€. "Frühstück verfügbar" - es gibt abgepacktes zum kaufen. Matratze total durchgelegen.

Nice hotel - clean - well centered.-Manager was rude and aggressive. We arrived early due to flight & were resting in lobby when he accosted us. Hummm - poor guest treatment!

Very central, clean, charming, next to the longest bar-street of the Netherlands, but still quiet at night. Hard to get to by car, and parking pretty expensive (30EUR/night) below hotel.

Smidigt med 24/7 shop i receptionen och bra placering nära centrum. Fungerar bra för korta besök.

Check-in was a confusing process, where we ended up sitting and waiting for a long time. We only got our room 20-25 minutes after the check-in time of 3 pm. A very laissez faire approach from the staff. The room itself is a disaster. The mattresses are absurdly soft and you fall over the bed at night because there is no structure in the beds. The floor is cold cement floor. The shower cabin inside the room itself is a disaster. The condensation from the cabin makes it unbearably humid in the room and without any real possibility of ventilation. The air conditioning is locked from the central control, so you can't do anything. The location of the hotel is however decent.

Parking the car involves passing two sets of automated doors remotely controlled from the hotel reception. We got stuck for 10 minutes between them. Able to get out because my wife activated the emergency button on the rear set and walked round to reception to tell them

Was a great hotel, only a 1 night stay, but very central
