Good access to public transport - easy to get into the centre. Room was spacious, modern and clean. 10/10 would stay here again!

A huge shout out to the staff for making our stay so special and easy with our crazy 5 month old. We felt very taken care of. The staff get 100000 stars! The Air Con was a bit bizarre but the fan helped. Room was great!

Inbrott på rummet med stulna datorer. Dåligt hanterat av management.

Ett fantastiskt fint hotell i modern stil men vi hade inbrott på hotell rummen. Minst 4 datorer vart stulna och hotellet skötte inte detta bra. Management informerade inte oss i gruppen om vad som hänt och varför. Jag har rest mycket u mitt liv men detta var ett totalt bottennapp i management. Fint hotel för övrigt med al a cart frukost.

What would have been a five star review will now be a three star review, let me tell you why: Our initial experience of checking into the hotel was great, the person who checked us in was very friendly. We dropped our bags and decided to go into the city to have dinner. On coming back to our hotel room, we realized there was a very strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom, basically intoxicating the entire room. We called the lobby and asked them to immediately transfer us to a different room. But instead of trying to find a way to solve our issue, the person on night duty very arrogantly and very rudely said ‘what do you want me to do?’, as if I was supposed to suggest a solution for him. I asked him to see if there were other rooms available and he said we are fully booked and there’s not a single room available. So I asked him to send someone up to take a look at the bathroom to fix it. To it she also responded that there was nobody available until the morning. Keep in mind, that the smell was absolutely disgusting. No one should be allowed to sleep in a room that smells like sewage. I then told him to come to the room and smell it for himself, as soon as he entered the room, he very rudely and arrogantly looked at me and said ‘what smell?’ as if I was lying. After going into the bathroom and smelling it, he arrogantly walked out of the room without saying a word and came back magically with another room key in a hotel supposedly without anymore rooms.

Clean room, friendly staff. The only negative is the robbery they charge for parking! 35 euro per night. Cost me an unexpected fortune to park for a week.

The property was great. I would stay here again when next I visit Amsterdam. It’s closeness to train, metro and bus station. The hotel was clean and the staff welcoming ! I enjoyed my stay here.

Das Hotel ist ok. Ich kann das preis leistungs Verhältnis in Amsterdam nicht einschätzen, aber hui ist das nicht. Die Zimmer sind im gewöhnungsbedürftigem design, es riselt weiß von der Decke, der Fußboden ist abgenutzt und auch sonst scheint es renovierungsbedürftig. Extras , die im Hotel verfügbar sind, müssen extra teuer bezahlt werden.Parken zB 35€ , Frühstück 25€ und ZB fajhrad 20€. Dazu kommt, dass zB die fahrräder uralt und ungepflegt, bzw kaputt sind und sowieso schwer verfügbar. Parken in der Umgebung ist an Sonntagen und sonst nachts von21-9 Uhr kostenlos, sonst für 4€ die Stunde. Parkplätze sind ausreichend verfügbar. Die Gegend ist ruhig, die Zimmer sind gut schallgeschützt. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es ca 15 Min bis ins Stadtzentrum.

Sauberes Hotel, super nettes Personal, größeres Zimmer als erwartet, sehr zentral

Very nice hotel in good and quite location, with big comfortable rooms. This was our second time in the hotel and the only negative thing was there was a bit dustry in the room this time, which there wasnt the first time.

Super Hotel für Städtetrip in ruhiger Stadtrandlage, Metro- und Tram-Station fußläufig in 10 min erreichbar, Parkmöglichkeit in hoteleigener Tiefgarage grundsätzlich super, mit 35 EUR/Tag aber auch teuer. Inneneinrichtung der Zimmer im Retro-Stil, Größe und Einrichtung top, auch sanitäre Anlagen sauber und gepflegt, Beleuchtungsmöglichkeiten im Zimmer ausbaufähig.

Excelente lugar, sin embargo, un poco alejado del centro de Amsterdam

Comfortable Hotel, 9 minutes walk to station for a central amsterdam around 10 minutes with metro pretty easy transportation.

Låg en bit utanför stan men perfekt för en promenad, cykeltur eller kollektivtrafik. Allt var toppen!

Hôtel très bien situé à 5 minutes de marche de la station Amstel qui nous relie en moins de 20 minutes aux grandes attractions d’Amsterdam. C’était très tranquille, peut être même un hôtel peut fréquenté par les touristes ! Les plus: emplacement, chambre grande, frigo et coffre fort dans la chambre, fontaine d’eau filtrée dans le lobby, proche d’un jumbo (épicerie) ce qui est parfait pour moins dépensé dans les restaurants. Les moins: odeur étrange dans la chambre, moisissures dans la douche

This hotel is a great base for visiting Amsterdam, It is situated in a calm and peaceful area, only a 5 min walk to the metro station and tram line. We liked the style of the hotel and it was clean and well maintained. The hotel staff were also very helpful.

Happy with our stay at Hotel V Fizeaustraat. Short walk to Amstel Station which was definitely very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was nice and our room was spacious and stylish. The hotel in general was quiet. The only thing I was slightly confused about was housekeeping. We kept putting the sign out requesting no housekeeping or towels (save their time and be eco-conscious but they kept coming anyway.) not a huge bother by any means but maybe it could be more clear about where to put the sign if we were putting it in the wrong place? Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the nice accommodations.
