We zijn erg tevreden over het hotel. De inrichting is heel erg mooi gedaan, en de kamers zijn erg schoon. Een favoriet hotel!

Great healthy breakfast. Walking distance to all attractions

Definitely a modern hotel with an edge - designwise. Breakfast a bit reduced and impersonal All in all a good experience.

All you need is your phone

Close to the centre of the city and walkable to the bus and train station. The property is modern and confortable.. The hotel has a very nice lounge with tv and board games.

Great new hotel in former office building. Very funky and fun room design. Did not like the self check in and absense of a fron office, Other than that great stay and highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The rooms were spotless, and everything felt very well-maintained and comfortable. The location is fantastic — close to all the main attractions and easy to get around during the day. One small tip: while the area is generally safe, it's best to be mindful of some of the smaller side streets (zijstraten) at night, just to be cautious. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, charm, and great location.

Först tyckte vi att det var lite konstigt att det var självservice, med det funkade väldigt bra. Rummet var snyggt och fräscht och de gemensamma ytorna nere i ”lobbyn” var mysiga att använda under kvällen. Kändes verkligen som ett vardagsrum. Frukosten var det enda som drog ner betyget, men det gick att betala sig till buffefrukost på hotellet bredvid (om vi förstod det hela rätt). Vi använde oss av förbetald frukost och då fick man en voucher som man löste in mot kaffe, croissant & yoghurt så man fick något i magen innan avfärd, men detta var inte vår favorit.

The hotel itself was nice, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. However, as women traveling alone, we felt very unsafe getting to the hotel. To reach it, we had to walk through some streets where we encountered a group of drug dealers and another group that seemed to be thieves. This made us feel very uncomfortable and anxious. While the hotel is good, the surrounding area seriously affected our overall experience. I would recommend this place only if you're traveling in a group or by car and can avoid walking in the area.

It was very nice and clean. just missed having a tv in the room

At first, we were taken aback at the un-staffed hospitality concept but we got used to this after we checked in and found it an innovative option. There is always someone present behind the counter during breakfast hours and there are cleaners as well. The hotel has a contemporary, modern feel to it. The seating areas on the ground floor give it a safe and comfortable ambiance, almost like coming home after a day of sightseeing. The staff were well organised and friendly, always helpful. If there was one thing I would suggest, it would be to keep the carpet around the bed area properly vacuumed. Our room faced the street and although it can be noisy when we opened our windows for fresh air, we could also shut the double windows to maintain quiet inside. The hotel is close enough to the center of town and far away enough to avoid any hustle and bustle. Eating places, ATMs, grocery stores are all within walking distance. The Post Grand hotel next door is its parent company so there is also the option of eating at the restaurants there. We thoroughly enjoyed our 14-day stay!
