โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้สถานี Almere Centraal เป็นโรงแรมมาตรฐานระดับ 4 ดาว พนักงานต้อนรับสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดีห้องพักสะอาด มีลิฟต์และระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยเป็นอย่างดี เป็นโรงแรมที่พวกทัวร์นิยมมาพักทั้งทัวร์ไทยและทัวร์จีน เวลาโทรมาจะดูวุ่นวายมาก สิ่งที่ต้องปรับปรุงก็คือ จองห้อง 4 คนแต่พนักงานเตรียมน้ำให้แค่ 2 ขวด ขอเพิ่มก็ไม่ได้ น่าจะให้ตามจำนวนคน

Très grand hotel assez peu fréquenté. Propreté coorecte mais pommeau de douche pluie rempli de calcaire, ceci affecte le débit de la douche

Just not a great experience overall. Dirty bed sheets and not enough towels in the room, the rooms felt a bit small even though we were upgraded to th studio suite as thy told us

Room was nice, staff was nice and carpark was secure.

This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed, and I would never recommend it to anyone. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and completely unwilling to listen to guests. Any requests were ignored, and there was absolutely no sense of customer care. The rooms were in poor condition and did not match expectations at all. There was no comfort, no enjoyment, and nothing that made the stay pleasant. The worst part was the lack of basic human understanding. Due to our child getting sick, we had to leave earlier than planned, but the hotel refused any refund or even a partial compensation. No flexibility, no empathy, no professionalism. Overall, this is the worst place you could choose to stay. Save your money and your nerves — look elsewhere.

However, that room was extremely cold—only around 15°C during the night. The situation became so bad that we were forced to change rooms again, as we had started to develop cold symptoms due to the low temperature. The female staff member reacted as if it were a personal insult that I could not accept the first room, despite the fact that I had paid extra for a more expensive room category. Later, my girlfriend’s necklace went missing at the hotel. When we approached the reception to ask politely whether they might have seen it—since it could have been lost somewhere on the premises—the first thing the woman did was loudly accuse me, in front of others, of implying that she had stolen it. She then threatened to throw us out of the hotel if we continued to talk about the necklace. This was particularly strange, as I had barely managed to say two sentences before being verbally attacked. Thankfully, on the last night, a more experienced staff member was on duty. He entered the cold room we had been given on the first day, acknowledged that it was extremely cold, and made sure we were provided with a warm place to sleep. All in all, it cannot be said that the hotel made even the slightest effort to ensure the comfort of its guests. For me personally, this was a terrible experience, and I f.

Keiharde bedden en ongezellige kamer. Kamer was 24,7 graden en ondanks hulp verbeterde dit niet en hebben we heel slecht geslapen door de hitte. Ontbijt wel super.

Very nice all around

I rarely take the time to perform reviews, but I was so happy with Plaza Premium Almere that I feel compelled to. The room was large, clean, and overall excellent. It included a mini-kitchen (a kitchenette) which we made use of a couple of evenings. We asked for help from the staff on a couple of occasions, and in both cases they went out of their way to provide us what we requested. The breakfast buffet was always well stocked. About 15 minutes prior to ending, they would stop replenishing some of the food items. The pool is outdoors on an upper floor and was closed (likely for the season?) while we were there. We were visiting Amsterdam, so assuming I'd get a better value for my money out of the city, I chose a hotel close to a train station for easy access into Amsterdam. There are frequent non-stop trains to/from Amsterdam Central Station from Almere The ride would take 20 minutes. And the hotel is directly next to the station. There are a number of restaurants and two supermarkets also just outside the station. I would recommend Plaza Premium Almere for anyone visiting Amsterdam who wants more for their money.

Huone oli siisti, mutta ei vastannut kuvia. Erittäin ahdas 4 hengen perhehuoneeksi. Kuvat olivat huomattavasti suuremmasta huoneesta. Aamiaisen valikoima oli rajallinen. Näytti olevan hotelliksi muutettu vanha toimistorakennus.
