โรงแรม คิว-แฟกทอรี

Location: 45 min walk to the red district (nice walk) otherwise train to Amsterdam central (confusion stations/ metro options) but technically convinient. Uber at night costs 40-60 eur to go back if trains are unavailable from central. Staff: after 18 hours of flying , I was hoping to PAY for an early check in. this was 12:30 pm, I was dismissed and not cared for. Not even a small chat to see why I needed the early check in. I arrived at 2:40, before check in time. Response from the front, so you are too early. Zero attention to customer service, very disservice, what would be a difference between a self check in, and a human at this point. Rooms: not well kept, very noisy, thin walls, and thing doors. You can hear everything. Housekeeping yelling at each other as well early in the morning. Quite annoying. Electric radiator. Zero amenities, no shampoo, no kits, this is barebones. No hairdryer. Around: nice residential are very cute and with hidden gem “the cottage” a restaurant nearby with uninterrupted service and amazing food options. There’s a gym nearby where you can get a day pass( front desk had no idea).

Good location

Lovely little hotel in an arts centre, well priced and friendly. Not for you if you’re after 5* luxury but if you want a clean friendly stay in a cool location this is a hidden gem

Bilden i annonsen visar ett mysigt rum med tavlor på väggarna, en härlig säng med färgglada textilier etc. Vilken lögn! Rummet var en kal cell utan minsta dekorationer och bara en stol. Sängarna är två smala madrasser på golvet. Den delen av rummet är golvet upphöjt 30 cm. Obekvämt att ta sig upp och ner från sängen och nivåskillnaden. Badrummet är också upphöjt.Gissa om jag snubblade på dessa nivåskillnader! Handfatet är ute i rummet. Som på ett vandrarhem. Badrummet extremt trångt och inte minsta hylla i duschen att ställa schampo mm på. Också obekvämt! Sängkuddarna är som fluffiga moln= obekväma. Nuförtiden finns i alla hotellrum en vattenkokare plus the, kaffe etc. Men här fanns inte ens ett glas! Det fick jag be städerskan om. Knepigt att ta sig till rummet genom flera korridorer, rum och dörrar och en manuellt styrd hiss till sista våningen. Den var två gånger ur funktion så jag fick ta mig tillbaks ner och hämta en personal som fixade det. På det hela taget var detta inte värt namnet hotellrum, mer något provisoriskt under konstruktion. 10 dagar före jag anlände mailade jag hotellet 6 gånger via formulär på deras egen webbplats, fick ett automatiskt svar att de snarast skulle återkomma vilket de aldrig gjorde.När jag påtalade detta skyllde receptionisten på någon annan.Så klart! Hade jag vetat allt detta hade jag inte bokat detta så kallade hotell. Jag kommer tillbaks till A´dam men aldrig till detta hotell. Och kommer aldrig rekommendera det!

Coole Location, nette Leute und es war alles da was man brauchte, bis auf den Haartrockner vielleicht ;) Aber sonst gerne wieder.

Excelente lugar para hospedarse

We arrived and had to wait for the receptionist, who was on break, which is fine but- a guest before us had stood waiting, without anyone asking to help them, for 20 minutes!! and when we asked to check in to go get dinner, no one really knew what to do or where the receptionist was?? When we got to our room it was, in two words, bare bones. We barely had any table-space to unpack clothes or other items. The rooms are kinda big but unfilled and colourless. The pictures are a lie as far as I can tell. The rooms' walls are paper thin. We were woken several times. The breakfast buffet is most of the time dry-ish but it was ok. We had to ask multiple days for standard refills like cutlery, eggs, etc. When we went down, we were rarely met with a "good morning, what room number do you have?" to check us off the list - we had to initiate that too. Location was nice though with good transport connections and both short and long walks to restaurants etc. All in all, I feel lied to via the hotel room pictures and the overall vibe of the place was meh. Also, they claim to be eco-friendly, but they give you a bunch of new, towels every day, even when you don't ask for your room cleaned... so, not really that eco-friendly on that part.

Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was in a great neighbourhood and is an easy walk to Muiderpoort station which is only around a 4 minute train journey to Amsterdam Central station. I would definitely recommend a stay a Q-Factory Hotel.

The position and facilities of the hotel were good. Nice bar, open space, good connections to transport links. The look and decor was brilliant. Breakfast was good and the staff were excellent. The room size and facilities were fine except no cooling/air conditioning. The room was incredibly hot (it was 30c during the day, and the window opened only a few centimetres. A fan would have been good as we couldn't close the window at night, due to heat but street noise and mosquitos were bad. We didn't really sleep- this spoiled the trip.

bed bugs and terrible beds, mattresses on a slab of wood which moved all the time, the bathroom smelt horrendous, would i stay again, absolutely not

Casual and easy to hang around the city of Amsterdam.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my teenage daughter whilst visiting Amsterdam. The nearest train station is only a 4 minute walk to the hotel and then 1 stop to Amsterdam central which was easy to navigate. Plenty of amenities in the local area to the hotel for everything you need. Staff were really helpful and accommodating. I had initially worried about noise from the venue but this was never an issue. I would gladly stay here again and recommend to others.

Sehr freundliches Personal, stylischer Sitzbereich, nettes Quartier. Trotz Musikevent nichts gehört und wunderbar geschlafen. Ausstattung im Zimmer war leider teilweise defekt (Abdeckung unter dem Bett, beim Ventilator war das Kabel nicht komplett isoliert, Duschtür defekt).

Cool space! Very accessible and so many businesses and shops nearby.

Really good vibes. Kinda "rustic" and a little run down looking, but it kinda went with the chill vibe. Clean, cafe was nice, there was always some type of event happening, but it didnt disrupt us. Definitely would stay here again

Bed was very comfortable and room had plenty of space for 2 people. Room had a mini fridge and a small safe. A desk and clothes storage. Nearby enough to Muiderspoort trams and trains for travel.

We had a great short stay at the Q-Factory. Room was clean and comfortable and we slept well. Staff were friendly. Great location with public transport links. The building was tidy and well kept. Don’t expect a traditional hotel because this ain’t it. The place is also a music venue with studios and offices, and it was buzzing with lots of people. Nice atmosphere. We would stay again.
