Premier soir du bruit à l’étage du dessous jusqu’à 2h du matin. 3 eme soir bruit musique toute la nuit puis bagarre dans le couloir vers 7h. Nous ne nous sommes pas senti en sécurité et avons abrégé notre séjour et n’y avons pas passé la dernière nuit. Nous attendons un remboursement.

The hotel was close to the train station, which is why we booked it. The room looked like it had been recently renovated which was nice. Overall I would book it again.

I gave 2 stars because of its convenient location near the train station and for being in a nice neighborhood next to the canal. The building is beautiful from the outside, but that is its only redeeming quality. I suggest you admire it from the outside and avoid staying in it. This place is an old apartment with many units; each is tiny. There are many challenges with this building. First, the stairs are steep and narrow with many turns. It is hard to climb, especially with luggage. Second, there is no AC. When we arrived, it was 32C inside. We opened the windows to cool the apartment down. We later found many mosquitoes inside. Each of us were bitten alive throughout the night. We tried to cover ourselves with blankets but with the high temperature, it was impossible. We saw many blood stains on the wall, realizing they are from the mosquitoes killed from previous residents. The third challenge is from the shower, as it is higher than the rest of the bathroom floor. The bathroom floods every time we shower. It took us 10-15 minutes to clean up with towels. We did not wash our hair for 3 days, afraid that it would flood in the living area. Last but not least, the hotel says it has laundry for its residents, but the washer and dryers on every floor were always occupied by the apartment keeper, using it to wash the whole building’s blanket and towels. We had to go to a laundromat and wait there for two hours to get our laundry done. I do not recommend this apartment.

Very good location to explore Rotterdam and othr cities. The area is quiet and safe. I would It recommend!

I stayed in one of the apartment with 2 more people. The accommodation is tidy and nice. The host response quick and friendly. The only issue is sofa bed cannot be opened properly.

Hotel is very close to the train station. Area close to the property is very dirty and not sure is a safe location, due to the high volume of pickpockets etc.

Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur, alors si vous des valises lourdes pensez-y à deux fois. Il n’y a que deux logements par étage et, même pour les logements 1 et 2 il y a un très grand escalier à monter. Pour les autres logements, il y a d’autres escaliers. Ce qui est très bon, c’est l’emplacement près de la station Rotterdam central. Le personnel nous a aidé à monter nos valises et était supposé nous aider à les descendre, mais on a dû le faire par nous-mêmes. Le confort des lits et du sofa-lit sont minimes.

Tres joli petit studio bien équipé. Accueil parfait, arrangeante et souriante+++, logement tres bien placé au czlme pres du canal Idel pour un court sejour! 2 informations : Petit souci de chaleur nous avons dormi la fenêtre ouverte mais c'est sûrement transitoire. 3eme etage tres raide sans ascenseur, attention aux lendemains de marathon !

A huge thank you to Renoeska for being such a wonderful host—so welcoming, accommodating, and attentive! The apartment is in the perfect location, just a short walk from the station, making it incredibly convenient. We stayed here for ASOT and couldn’t have asked for a better spot—it was close to the venue, and we had an amazing time. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

The apartment is very close to the Rotterdam Central Station. There are different apartments at the same place. The apartment 11 is on the ground floor, so it is very easy to reach. It is quite spacious, with toilet, bathroom, kitchen with complete amenities. Washing machine and a small fridge are also available. Just the location in the google map is not very accurate. From the central station, it is further down the road. Overall, very satisfied.

We had a great stay at this apartment! The kitchen had everything we needed, except an oven but the microwave may have been an oven of some sort. The beds were firm and comfortable. The shower was strong and drained well. The place was perfect for three people and we have no complaints. Fantastic five nights here and we’d recommend this place!

Quiet place overlooking a canal across the way from the central station. Great hosts, was clean and had needed kitchen and bath amenities.

Apartment 10: sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer, bequemes Bett, liegt in einem schönen und ruhigen Viertel

Mesmo avisando que chegariamis em 30 min, ficamos plantados na por mais 20 min. Acesso aos cômodos numa escada muito íngreme, estreita e sem elevador. Nao tem ar condicionado. Na saida ficamis aguardando retorno do anfitrião por 24 hrs e saimos sem o contato dele de retorno. Enfim...a cidade em si nao é aconselhavel para turismo. Nao tem atrativos.

The Beds were a little to short for one of us and he’s “only” 1.80m. But all in all a very nice apartment.

En büyük sorun asansör olmamasıydı. Ayrıca wifi bağlantısında çok sorun oldu. Bunun dışında pek bir problem yaşamadık.

Quiet place in the busy city. Spacious room with all the amanities. Does not have A/C. The bed is very comfortable. Small toilet area and bathroom area. Very close to the train station. Like 5 minutes walking distance. Clean place.

Llegas muy fácil caminando a la estación central
