I stayed at the Swissôtel in Istanbul several years ago and was truly impressed—it was a stunning property with exceptional ambiance and amenities. Naturally, I expected a similar experience at the Swissôtel Amsterdam. Unfortunately, it fell short in several key areas. The hotel itself is quite small, and the restaurant and breakfast offerings lacked warmth and appeal. The overall atmosphere simply didn’t match the elegance or comfort I had come to associate with the brand. It’s not even comparable. That said, I want to acknowledge the staff—they were genuinely wonderful and did their best to make our stay pleasant. Still, I left feeling disappointed.

The shower was small and needed to be redone. The mattress was very saggy. The staff was excellent

This hotel is in a great location and the hotel staff is amazing and accommodating. We enjoyed the hotel restaurant, the food was better than any we had while in Amsterdam. I would recommend the hotel to all family and friends who visit Amsterdam.

Super centralt i Amsterdam. Har været på hotellet for et par år siden, hvor værelserne var i bedre stand. Vi havde booket 3 værelser af samme type og der var forskel på slid og inventar på værelserne. Men jeg ville helt sikkert komme igen, pga placering og renhed.

Great location right in the center of Amsterdam. Lots of nearby places to eat and see. Wish that the rooms had USB ports to make it easier to charge devices.

Odamızda dışarı görebilen pencere yoktu önü dolu idi bu sebeple temiz hava almak zor, ayrıca kahvaltıdaki kavun ve karpuzlar bozuk olmasına rağmen her gün konulmuştu .

Location of the property couldn't be better. Easy walk to the Train Station as well as all the City Center attractions. Staff at front desk extremely friendly and helpful Upon our arrival they help us set up a canal tour (and had a discount code for us to use) and answered many questions regarding places to go and see and do and eat. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Shower was great by European standards and enough closet space for a 1 week stay. I would definitely stay here next time we visit Amsterdam.

Amsterdam’daki Swissotel’i adı gibi premium segmentde bir otel beklemeyin. Bu otel tam Dam meydanında. Alışveriş için konumu şahane, her yere neredeyse yürüyerek gittik. Premium odası bile çok küçük lakin iş görüyor. Kahvaltısı ortalama lakin ürünleri tarmin ediyor. Orta halli bir konaklama için ve sıkıntı yaşamamak için gidilebilir hoş bir otel.

Old outdated hotel near Dsm square, which is very crowded, noisy, very touristy

The gentleman at the front desk went way beyond our expectation in getting us into our room early. Or flight arrived in Amsterdam at 6 am. We had anticipated a nap during our 7 hr flight but this did not happen. The hotel held our luggage while we walked a while and had breakfast. We really appreciated getting into our room early to sleep. Next time we travel we will book a room for our early morning arrival and not count on the kindness of strangers. We are greatful as this allowed us to be refreshed for our sight-seeing schedule. We loved the hotel location!

Great location for restaurants and shopping. Very good breakfast buffet.

The staff was amazing, especially Murium, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Beautiful hotel would stay there again. Clean and excellent location!

Hotellilla erinomainen sijainti, aamiainen ihan hyvä, siistiä. Oarisängyn patja leveämpi kuin itse sängyn runko; ei sinänsä vaikuttanut nukkumiseen.
