O hotel não quis fornecer wifi.

Heel basic hostel. Voelt niet onhygiënisch maar wel muf en bedompt. Nodig niet uit tot ontmoeten van medereizigers. Deur van de nachtuitgang valt zo hard dicht dat dit in meerdere kamers ‘s nachts te horen is. Verder gewoon een beetje rommelig; geen zeep in de dispensers, loshangende lichtknopjes, geen ramen in de kamers. Het is goedkoop, dat is een voordeel, maar verwacht er verder niet teveel van.

When I got back to the hostel at night yhetr was somebody else sleeping in my bed. My towel also got stolen The place is unstaffed for many hours and the problem could not be resolved The showers look moldy and poorly maintained. There was only 1 working tap. Lots of urine splashed over and around toilets It is cheap with a nice location, but don't count on good quality sleep with poor matras and noisy roommates who also put on/off the lights all night

Very bad attitude from the stuff, they refuse to open the door and can't make check in, although my trip was delayed.

Very small hostel, no lounge or kitchen spaces, very small rooms. Beatiful location and very lovely staff.

I went to the hotel no reception. And no room everything was closed and I had to book again and pay for another room in the ciry I had a tyre puncture and this caused me too much hassle

Prima kamers en bedden. Inderdaad geen ramen, maar goede afzuiging. Bovendien staat het gemeld op de website. Aardige werknemers en 's nachts is het rustig. Wel zou het prettig zijn als er per bed een klein lampje is zodat je niet moeilijk hoeft te doen met je telefoon.

The customer service was poor. The room was extremely dirty and dark. Cannot enjoy the time in this hostel.

Me tuve que ir. Las habitaciones, aunque avisan de que no tienen ventana, te imaginas que tienen un sistema de ventilación y climatización y no es así. Es un lugar desagradable, agobiante e insalubre. Las taquillas aparecen grandes en las fotos, pero no cabe ni un neceser. Las maletas por debajo de las camas y el estado de la habitación deplorable y el olor nauseabundo. Me tuve que ir y buscar el hotel easyHotel por Expedia también. Sería bueno que no lo tuvieran en su web. Tuve que pagar dos veces el impuesto municipal ya que te lo cobran en el check-in antes de enseñarte la habitación.

I have traveled to over 60 countries and frequently stay in hotels and hostels, and I have to say that this was my absolute worst experience that I can remember. The hostel itself is dark and cramped. The maze of dark hallways is a dangerous fire hazard and I am surprised that it passes code. I had a very negative experience with the management double charging me, as well. They changed their justification/story a few times, but the one that they settled on was not plausible, and even if true, was not a proper justification to keep my money. It was the kind of customer service experience that sadly is somewhat common in the Netherlands; way more focus on trying to prove they are "right" than putting the customer first. They also have a mold or fungus problem in their shower as I developed some kind of minor rash. I normally love a good hostel; I stayed at King Kool one night of my visit and they were amazing: better location, courteous staff and location, way more spacious, and better amenities. In short, do not stay here, stay at King Kool.

The hostel is very small. All room don't have windows . In case there is a fire , it will be very dangerous and very crowded and bad smell. I will not recommended the hostel.

Fui a La Haya solo por 1 noche porque amsterdam estaba muy caro. Es un buen hostal para quedarse 1 noche y solo ir a dormir. Los baños estaban impecables y las piezas no tienen ventana, pero si ventilador.

The hostel was very clean, including the toilets and bathrooms. The bathrooms were also spacious. However, the bedrooms were quite cramped. It's impossible to sit up in bed because of the low headroom.
