hotel are in a bit urban area from amsterdam centraal station and a bit far from metro station around700meters.but hotel are freaking beautiful and many facilities that you can use.

Wonderfully helpful staff, and world class Dutch public transportation and infrastructure. Great area to access Central Amsterdam or anywhere else!

Extremely expensive for what they offer, which is zero amenities. Someone on the room did not shower or wash their clothes and the whole roof smelled terrible.

Better than many hotels, out of its league for a hostel. Staff does room cleanings every day, fresh sheets and towels, spacious shower and comfy bedding. The room itself was warm and very spacious for two, with a double closet, mirrors, desk and hairdryer. There’s also a menu provided for the pub downstairs that you can order takeaway from, and great breakfast options! Only thing to note was no shampoo/conditioner is provided

The room was okay but it was not clean. The reception staff pretends you can move earlier in your room before check-in but this is not true as they are cleaning the room (if you believe them). When you enter the room it is actually not really clean. Just a little white lie.

Much better than expected We were quite worried before coming here because of some negative reviews we had read — people mentioned it was dirty or that the staff were unfriendly, and we were also a bit concerned that the place might attract some rough guests. But maybe we were lucky — during our four-night stay as a family of four, there were many other families staying as well. In the evenings, lots of kids were playing table tennis and board games, creating such a lively and friendly atmosphere. The rooms are simple, yes, but clean and comfortable. Every night we went downstairs to play games and enjoy delicious food together. The staff at the pub on the ground floor were especially kind and made us feel truly welcome — they really added to our experience. In most hotels, our family usually ends up staring at our phones or iPads after dinner, but here we spent real quality time together — it was wonderful. Our kids still talk about Via Amsterdam and say they want to go back! There is one small downside: when lying in bed, you can hear a low humming sound from what seems like the ventilation or boiler system in the hallway. It might bother light sleepers. I used earplugs and slept fine. Other than that, everything was great. Highly recommended for families who want a fun, social, and friendly place to stay.

We are a family with 1 teen and booked a 4 bed room with 2 bunk beds. The room was spacious and the ensuite bathroom was clean. The kitchen area is equipped with cutlery, plates, 2 microwaves, 2 fridges and has limited seating area. The ground floor has table tennis, pool and arcade option. The staff at the reception was friendly. There were no shared bathrooms unfortunately on the floor. The towels were not provided with the bedding (costs extra). I didn't use the garage parking in Via as there was no short term parking available rather parked the car along the street nearby, as it was free on the weekends. Note: The residential area nearby has parking machines that accepts credit cards.

Low budget overnachten met uitstekende openbaar-vervoerverbinding naar Amsterdam. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
