Clean room, well equipped kitchen, nice and friendly staff

Great stay, nice modern apartment. Could do with a better equipped kitchen and 1 star off as it was hard to air the apartment

Location was excellent, not too far away from both ferry's that can connect you to City Center. Nothing that we did not like, was perfect for a family of four.

I truly enjoyed the easy check in and being given a pin code for the door instead of keeping track of a key. Also enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen. Location was about 30 to 40 min walk from city center or 10 min bus ride to ferry. Other than location everything was wonderful. I enjoyed not being complety in the city center alot less noise.

Location was ok but there was a bit of a walk to get to the ferry to take you in town. We didn’t have face wash rags in our unit but we made do. There were also a couple flying bugs (not sure what they were). The shower did have a bit of mold at the bottom, so maybe it needed a deeper cleaning. Over all if was pretty good.

Propre, bien équipé, rangement adéquat. Un peu loin du centre, peu de restaurants ou épiceries autour.

Sehr wenige Küchenutensilien und Geschirr (keine Suppenteller). Fenster im Schlafzimmer lassen sich nicht öffnen.

Initial access to property was difficult. Instructions were not timely and when received did not include how to access the external door to reach the safe where the physical key was located, so had to use international plan to call the property contact. Location of property was good. Bus to free ferry to and from Amsterdam Centraal ran every 30 mins. The ferry was every 4 mins and took very little time to cross. Apartment had a separate toilet without sink which was a little strange (sink was in another bathroom with the shower) so although it technically had two bathrooms there were some usability challenges. Signage on door in our apartment needed updating (wifi access info was invalid). One plus was the washer/dryer combo machine but we had some issues with the drying feature and there was no manual to troubleshoot whether it was user or machine error. Place was very clean and beds were comfy. TV had good choices including Netflix. Kitchen facilities a definite plus. We were able to make our own breakfast. Overall, apartment itself was very comfortable and family rates it very highly despite the issues noted. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Nice property. Trying to find the exact local was a little challenging but not a big deal. I definitely recommend this property if you are traveling with kids

The apartment is fully equipped with the things we needed. It’s a great place to stay if you’re here for a long time. The closest grocery store would be the one close to the ferry which is a 20 minute walk from here.

We loved our stay at YAYS, the apartment was beautiful and very clean. Four of us stayed and it fitted us all well. Great amenities and tea/coffee provided. The beautiful balcony was a bonus! I slept on the sofa bed and it was very comfortable. Thank you so much for our stay 😊

I could not check in online - tried to call - no andwer. Sent an e-mail. Reply was that i should go to a hotel in the other end of Amsterdam - 35 Euro one way by Uber, to check in. We tried 5 people including our IT manager to check in via the link - but not possible at all. Result - paid but cpuld not enter the place…….

A great 2 bedroom apartment, well-equipped with everything you need for a long weekend trip. Perfect place to stay for 2 couples or a family travelling. Comfy beds, super clean and great facilities: huge shower and kitchen with utensils, fridge and cooking appliances. Check in was super smooth. The place is "concierge-less" and you receive your keys via email on the day you checkin, which are shareable with your party. The location is a little bit out of the centre. It's north of the river across from Central Station but its only a 15-20 minute direct walk to the F3 ferry which is free and comes every 5 minutes or so. It goes from directly outside the Central Station. We had no problems walking to and from there everyday and then you're straight into the heart of Amsterdam. It is in a safe and quiet residential/industrial area and there's not a lot immediately around the hotel. However, there is a cafe directly across and a supermarket 15 minutes walk away.

The apartment was decent and modern, clean and comfortable beds, but be prepared that it’s in the middle of a lot of new developments and it’s pretty far from the nearest shop or most public transport. I think there is a bus that runs outside the property but the metro is too far for most people. Uber was the only real option for us. I wouldn’t stay here again for that reason.

Tv unable to connect to Wi-Fi ( fire tv sticks are also blocked and not usable) Air ventilation system was not working at all in the whole apartment Unable to open windows (broken handle in bedroom and blocked window in bathroom) Coffee machine broken Dryer was not working, and no clothes horse available (very few hangers) Drain shower stinks (like rotten eggs) Black fungi all over the bathroom floor No walls in shower (whole bathroom is wet after shower) People can look into the apartment (visual protection only partial next to the door) Dirty cabins, dirty hood, dirty curtains, dirty walls No broom or vacuum cleaner available (only a broken hand brush) Several lamps broken

Nice place. Good location. Need a bike or taxi to go to central Amsterdam. Walking is about 35 mins. Nicely managed and well kept. It was hard to fill the documents as it’s all online. Rest it was a comfortable apartment for sure.

Nous avons apprécié l’endroit. Le bateau navette vers la gare centrale et le centre d Amsterdam est à 15 minutes à pied. La communication avec le staff se fait par message ou appel téléphonique. Le staff a été très réactif à nos questions
