Room… fresh decor, tidy. Staff… very friendly and informative. Proximity to cbd excellent. One concern was a lack of car parks. I know there was access to a car park across the road, but my car is special to me and I wouldn’t want to rely on that. Fortunately, I had a mate pick me up Saturday, but Sunday I walked & didn’t venture far as I didn’t want to lose my park.

Given a room that looks nothing like photoss (accessible/disabled room instead of normal studio that we booked). Light switches are way lower than normal height, can't find them without torch when waking up in the middle of the night, . Parking is inconvenient - only 9 parking space at hotel so had to park elsewhere and got up before 8am so we could pay parking for the day. Hard bed and hard pillows. Blackout curtains aren't wide enough to cover the side of the windows. Woken up by someone using spa bath at 7am. Positive: good location, hot shower, nice selection of tea.

Room was clean and tidy. All things arranged properly. Only concern is it is very close to main road and bit noisy because of vehicles.

Ondanks de vriendelijke ontvangst etc van de receptioniste/eigenaresse toch niet geheel tevreden . Zowel kamer als badkamer kunnen wel een (grote) schoonmaak gebruiken ! Verder is de receptie te kort bemand. Voordeel : de perfecte ligging .

Room was clean, every thing i needed was there. Very good location!

Bien situé à Napier

The location was just over the road from my conference venue, and the bed was comfortable. However there were some down sides: the bathroom shower head was quite caked with limescale - which did not inspire confidence that the rest of the rooms were also clean. The extractor unit in the bathroom could not be turned off and was generating a low thrum all night. Also the hotel has no laundry facilities, so if you need to do any washing you have to take your laundry three blocks to wash them at the nearest laundromat. (That is once you find out that their QR code compendium is out of date as to where the nearest laundromat is.)

スタッフの方が18時で帰宅される。翌朝もいなかったので、チェックインの14時から18時までしかいないのかもしれない。その他はニュージーランドの標準的なホテルだと思う。ネイピア行くことがあったら、また利用したい。

I had a fantastic stay at Expressotel. The location is perfect for exploring the city centre, with everything just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly & welcoming. The room was a great size - tidy, clean & very quiet. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

This is my second time in this hotel. Loved it!

overall it was the prefect place to stay able to walk to the shopping centre, easy access to any food places

No primeiro andar, o quarto era bastante barulhento, tanto do barulho da rua, quanto do banheiro do quarto ao lado, e dos demais hóspedes no corredor. A decoração e a limpeza estavam boas, mas a cama não era King como anunciado, eram 2 camas single unificadas. A TV não funcionou e o banheiro por ser adaptado para deficientes, ficava todo molhado desde a pia à privada, por conta do chuveiro. A equipe de atendimento é bem gentil, mas não estavam fisicamente no hotel, os 2 contatos que tivemos foram remotos. Inclusive no checkout de dia, o papel orientava a só deixar a chave na caixa. The parking spots at the hotel are very restricted, so book in advance if you really needed it, as the city parkin was impossible the night we stayed.
