Place is getting to look dated, needs a good renovation. $15 a night to park is sheer greed.

Love the space in the rooms and also the sustainability on products to use in the shower. Also good breakfast options in the buffet

Lovely stay, kid friendly

When I arrived, they said they upgraded me to a lake view room, which is great. Sadly, as we walked into the room we were surprised by wet upholstery smell from one of the benches and sewage smell in the bathroom. We did tell the front desk about it and they were very apologetic and tried what they can to clean it and even offered us a different room which we had to reluctantly reject. Unfortunately, we have our young infant with us so when we are in the hotel it is likely that he is asleep and moving will most likely disturb his sleep. Tldr: they really need to look into the issue with that room. I commend them on their customer service but if the issue isn't addressed, we certainly won't be the last person complaining about it.

Staff were froemdly and motel was lovley. It is so hard to find a car park, not just at the motel, in all of Queenstown

Hey It was nice to stay over there but just little bit concern about cleaning staff.. They are doing well but sometimes they forgot some of the stuff . Otherwise aalll good Thank you.

Found the room cold. Only two cups provided when there was four of us. No shower cap provided. Not told there were spa towels by the pool. Waited too long for someone to make coffee so just left. And finally not enough parking and had to pay, which is absolutely ridiculous.

A good experience but a couple of the amenities were not restocked, including toothpaste and conditioner in the shower. They also didn’t take a wet towel and left it in the bathroom after cleaning. We also had to pay for parking which should be better described in the booking.

Staff was so helpful and courteous. Very welcoming and had us in our room within no time. The meal was superb. The abeef Cheeks was so tender and scrumptious. Our bed was so comfortable and very warm. Our only gripes and downfall if any was the room for diabled persons is quite a fair way from the lifts and it was so cold in the corridors and bedroom. It took a long time for the heat pump to warm the room. We left it on high all night and it wasn't as warm as we wouldve liked it. Thank you for our stay 🌻
