The room was very comfortable with its own living area. The only problem was the heater didn’t work and was really cold inside the room. The heater system works but only cold air.

Average accomodation staff lovely location great

Very disappointed to be charged $15 for parking when could have left car right outside the front door for $2. Fixtures in bathroom were loose. Very noisy room with banging on the walls and floor

Very nice accommodation and nice people

Room was fine enough, but definitely dated. All of the curtains were broken (so wouldn't stay in place and actually serve as black out curtains), bed was actually horrific, and aircon didn't work the first night. I advised the front desk that it wasn't working but they didn't come to fix it until I followed up - turned out to be an error message, but spent a night sweating for no reason (windows don't open, so aircon is the only option for cooling down room). Other than that it was fine.

Helpful staff with good recommendations on where to eat. Efficient. Cafe was really good in hotel.

A comfortable unit with good shower and comfortable bed. Parking isn't free and and around the back of the hotel in a dark dingey area that we didn't feel safe in at night. Free breakfast was a pre packaged muffin, protein bar, fresh fruit and juice.

It was a pleasant 2 night stay. Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean. The only thing i complain was the fridge doesnt work. But its not a big deal for us because we eat out and its only a short stay. Its good that its accessible to anything. The mall is just around the corner. Lots.of restaurant around the area.

Warm welcome, beautiful view of the square. In walking distance of most things. My only downfall was it was difficult to find a park since the carpark was full

It was convenient and all my needs were well served.

My daughter and I spent a night in a standard studio, room 401. After looking into all th accommodation options available for us in Palmerston North I chose Quality Suites Central Square as it appeared to have all what we needed and they were definitely that and more. Th room was immaculately clean, comfortable, had all amenities that we needed for our stay; kettle, hot drinks, smart tv. Th bed was comfortable. Five stars to th staff, thanks for all your help during iur stay, very pleasant to deal with and helpful. Plenty of parking within th surrounding areas of th hotel. Beautiful view from our window. Handy convenient location. Will definitely be coming back in th future. Thanks

Didn’t start off great as I was given a room without a window but when I showed my dissatisfaction I was quickly offered a bedroom with a window which solved my problem. Thank you.

Warning! False advertising!! We booked the "Apartment, 1 Queen Bed, Non Smoking", and there were 2 pictures of a bath tub, a big bedroom with huge windows and a desk, and it was listed as 132m2. HOWEVER, the actual room had NO bathtub, was probably only just 32m2, and the bedroom was so small that there was barely enough walking room on each side of the queen bed, with just a tiny window above the bed that we cannot look out of. Absolutely nothing like the pictures! We managed to get a parking lot on the street parking in the late afternoon, so decided to walk to the eateries instead of risk losing that lot, and we were right... when we returned in the evening, the entire street parking was full! If you are driving, be prepared for NO parking! It's quite a bit of a walk to the restaurants and shopping, and the street was dark, and did not look safe at night, with strange people loitering around. I've been with Expedia for many years, and this is the first time I felt compelled to write a poor review. I cannot recommend this accommodation.
