The owner, Jerry, is absolutely AMAZING. He goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfection, and is the most hospitable person I have ever come across. HIGHLY recommend this hotel!

Pool, food, service was great. Wifi was also very good. My only problem was the night manager that didn't speak English. Not the best service. Knocked on the door at 1030pm saying something in Spanish and turned out he wanted to make sure he had my passport number?!? I didn't feel that warranted a knock on the door at 1030pm to get me out of bed. Turns out he already had it anyway after I showed him.

The pool was fantastic! If you are traveling with kids, the pool will make hot afternoons so much more pleasant! There is a lovely lounge where you can hang out in the evening, and there is a viewing platform with a tremendous view of one of the local volcanos. The staff at this family run hotel are pleasant and helpful. The hotel dog is cute and friendly. We loved our stay here!

We (2 adults and our teenage daughter) stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. Hotel is family owned and owner Jerry, knows good English. is very resourceful and willing to help his customers. The breakfast was wonderful, a big, clean and nice pool is right in the middle. We chose to have breakfast by the pool and it was a delight. Great service. The location is walking distance from the town center. The mattress is nice and firm. Air conditioning worked well. The rooms and bathroom are little smaller to what we are accustomed too but it was ok.

This place is a hidden gem. The location is great; within walking distance to all the local sites but away from the noise of the of those closer to Parque Central. The owner Gerry and his crew, provide wonderful service, meals and accommodations. Gerry was even kind enough to set up a special event that made the trip a completely memorable experience.

Hotel staff were very accommodating with meals, directions, and providing our group with coolers/ice and extra towels when needed.

It was an excellent trip starting with everything you could expect from a hotel in Granada. The friendly, helpful, English speaking staff made it possible to locate everything we needed or wanted. Very relaxing and beautiful weather.

We stayed 3 nights here while visiting Granada. The hotel is a little oasis of quiet in this busy town not far from its centre- we walked in and out to eat and look around. It is just up the road from the House of Chocolate- easy to find if you are coming from Managua. Lovely staff, comfortable room, lovely pool, lovely hotel.

La cama es demasiado alta, poco apta para personas de baja estatura o niños. El desayuno incluye gallo pinto, huevos, salchichas, queso, crema, platano maduro, pan, tortillas o pancakes, frutas, cafe, jugos, algunas cosas varian día a día. Es un hotel nuevo, pero se notan deficiencias de construccion y detalles que no son de buen gusto, lozas safadas y mal gusto en la hechura de las tuberias, en general, poca atención en los detalles de contrucción. El wifi no esta bien, la conexión se pierde constantemente. Aunque tratan de hacer lo mejor posible, el servicio del personal no es muy bueno, deben mejorar mucho en eso y otros aspectos de servicio. *** The bed is too high, not suitable for people of short stature or children. Breakfast includes roast chicken, eggs, sausage, cheese, cream, ripe banana, bread, tortillas or pancakes, fruits, coffee, juices, some things vary day by day. It is a new hotel, but you will notice construction deficiencies and details that are not tasteful, shabby tiles and bad taste in the construction of the pipes, in general, little attention in the details of construction. The wifi is not good, the connection is constantly lost. Although they try to do their best, the service of the staff is not very good, they should improve a lot on that and other aspects of service.

We spent the day in the chaos of Grenada. When we checked into the hotel it felt like our own private paradise. The property is absolutely lovely. Our room was right next to the pool. It was secure, private, clean and comfy. The rooms surround a courtyard with pool that is totally invisible from the street. We had amazing coffee by the pool in the morning. The owner was happy to show us how to make it! Cooked to order breakfast was included. I highly recommend this hotel!!

Great place to stay, very comfortable beds, great AC, very quiet room, nice pool, good breakfast.

The owners of this hotel and their staff are amazing. When I go back to Grenada Nicaragua this will be the only place I stay.
