It was a good stay overall

Great service and experience.

The location was the only thing likeable.

Too pricey for the room I got, and also the bath tub was too high with potential fall risks. The shower didn't have enough protection from water spilling onto the bathroom floor. Also, no complimentary breakfast include with my room reservation. I was charged extra for breakfast.

Power was pretty steady but went out like four or five times while I was there

Drop off and pick up area too narrow. Didn’t like the bath tub; too narrow and high. High risk to fall there! In all, they good!

My second time staying at the Bon Hotel Maitama, and it did not disappoint. Always love it at the hotel. The food was great, and the staff very friendly. Great value for the money!

Very nice staff, clean

I loved the pool and gym area. Plenty of lounge to relax and read by the pool. Friendly and polite staff throughout the property. Manned security gate for safety.

Clean functional but boring hotel

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the atmosphere was calm and tucked away—perfect for a relaxing evening after a busy day. My room was a good size and quite comfortable. I had also booked another room for a colleague; although it didn’t have hot water, she didnt report it to the staff, but I assume it would have been promptly addressed. The menu offered a nice balance of local and international dishes, which was a pleasant touch.

I was really looking forward to my stay at Bon Hotel, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. While the security of the hotel was commendable, there were several issues that made my experience quite disappointing. First and foremost, the customer service left a lot to be desired. Staff seemed overwhelmed and unresponsive, which made it difficult to get assistance when needed. I encountered water damage on the carpet throughout the hotel, which was concerning and affected the overall ambiance. The pool area was another letdown; it was too shallow for anything beyond wading, making it less enjoyable than I had hoped. Additionally, I experienced inconsistent shower temperatures, which was frustrating during my stay. One of the most disappointing aspects was the breakfast options. The quality was subpar, and everything I tried to order from room service was unavailable. It took over an hour to receive a simple cup of ice, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Overall, while I appreciated the security and location, the lack of attention to customer service and maintenance seriously impacted my stay. I hope the management takes note of these issues for future improvements.

My bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain. The glass to protect the water from getting on the floor was half way built. So you have to be care when you hundle your way out of the bathtub. This was Room 205. The last time I stayed ant BON hotel I didn’t have this issue. However , everything else was great and felt like home.

I didn’t like the food or the meal option.

Superb
