The room was good. All the front desk staff were friendly. But the lady staff at the restaurant breakfast seems not to have any customer service skills or even a common sense of talking to and treating customers. She embarrassed me and my wife openly despite that on expedial I intentionally booked for two adults.

I stayed here last yr and this yr. ok hotel with the best staffs but the hotel needs improvement. The bed are still hard, the breakfast need improvement,(thou i love the coffee and sausages)and charging N500 just to warm up leftover is crazy. The microwave in the dinning room should be free to guest staying more than one night. The staffs are the heartbeat of the place.

Great hotel located in an area with restaurants, convience stores, and banking within walking distance. However, we ordered from the hotel room everyday; the food is delicious!

The staff member inflated the prices of their drinks and water beyond what was in the price menu, also there was a construction going on in the building during the day so the noise coming from there was a lot and the workers were also loud when they come in morning around 7am

This hotel will undoubtedly be one of the worst hotels in Ikeja. I didn't eat breakfast because the kitchen decided not to bring out food after I told them there was no food in the serve-yourself dishes. I was sitting for 35 minutes for a meal that never arrived. Don't even get me started on the state on the bathroom. It going to be the first and last time I shall use the hotel..

There are several reasons why I would not recommend. Employees were not helpful and sometimes rude when you asked a question. They provided no information at check in or any booklet of info in the room and we kept having to ask about different services. At check out they charged us for using towels even though we only used extra towels for the pool and to clean up their mess when the power was out for several hours and the fridge was leaking on the floor. Overall the building needs improvements, tiles in pool had come off, 1 of the stairs to get into the pool was broken, no signs posted about how to get to pool or restaurant. We booked the room for 2 people with the cost of 2 breakfast but when trying to get breakfast they said the cost was for only 1 person. Restaurant menu was very confusing. It was printed out with info on both sides of the page but was told not to look at some of the pages. Not sure why they couldn’t have just printed out a new copy. Quality of food was also not very good. My boyfriend ordered soup and they said it would take 45 minutes. Mattress was very thin and hard to sleep on. The only positive I have is the room was clean.

The place is beautiful, staff are very friendly, food is great. Shower needs a bit of tweaking but no complaints. I had a really lovely time and would definitely return.
