Clean rooms, great service

I’d paid for an executive room through Expedia but upon arrival there wasn’t a room left and so was put in a basic room. No refund for the cheaper room either.

Amazing stay. Many thanks to all the staff members, especially Ope, who all made my stay a very pleasant one. The hotel has all the amenities that you would reasonably expect in a great hotel. I was never without electricity and water.

My stay was very wonderful. The staff attends to every little details and they do their best to make your stay enjoyable. A staff member -Ope- was very helpful from the first minute we arrived. I would stay here again and I would definitely recommend to friends, family, and colleagues.

Hotellissa ei voi läyttää kansainvälistä luottokorttia. Kahden hengen huoneeseen kuuluu vain yksi aamiainen ja yksi pyyhe! Kaikki ylimääräinen maksaa. Ravintolassa saa odottaa ruokaa pitkään, esim. tullessa hotelliin myöhään, useita tunteja. Aamiaisesta ei koskaan tiedä, mitä tulee? Paljon henkilökuntaa, jotka vain seisoskelevat ja juoruilevat! Tosi usein häiritään soitoilla ja koputuksilla. Ei saa levätä rauhassa. Johtaja pyysi keskustelemaan, mutta silti luvatut asiat ei toteutuneet. Kuitteja saa odottaa maksun jälkeen. Hotelli on vähän etäällä kaikesta, mutta taxi- palvelu pelaa maksusta. Nigeria hyvin hankala matkailukohde kaikkiaan. Englannin kieli kummallista, ei aina ymmärrä. Kahvia vaikea saada ja kallista! Vuodevaatteet ja pyyhe vaihdettiin päivittäin. Mutta myös kerran käytetyt saippuat ym. ja asiakkaan omatkin tavarat hävisivät pesuhuoneesta. Hyvin kontrolloitu työntekijöiden tehtävät. Yleensä tietotaso heikkoa, jos jotain kysyy. Ei osata ehdottaa mitään matkailijoille, jos ei osaa kysyä eikä ole mitään esitteitä. Matkailijan pitää itse tietää kaikki osoitteet jonnekin lähtiessä talon taksilla.

Everything was ok, safe and as expected. Breakfast was good and ac was working. There is a supermarket across the street so it is convenient. Good value

They don't have good food. No ice blocks. No soft drinks of choice!

I had a wonderful stay. I came for very special moment in my life And they help by providing transportation for us. And making our wedding day special. Thank you all.

I must say that it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The check-in process was swift and efficient, and the staff members were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Their warm hospitality set the tone for the rest of my stay. The room I stayed in was spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean. The comfortable bed and sparkling white linens ensured a restful night's sleep, while the tasteful decor and attention to detail added a touch of luxury.

This hotel is situated in a squalor environment, with terrible traffic on peak and sometimes off-peak hours. Though the hotel claim that they are new, less than two years old. The facilities are lacking, like not having a standard mirror in each room, no ironing board. I don't want to preempt, but l hope the hotel would keep a high maintenance culture to maintain a quality standard of the facilities, which appears to be deteriorating fast than one can imagine. The mattresses are too hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. The complementary breakfast does not provide you with a variety of food to select from. It is restricted to only one choice of food. The hotel has an attitude of not honouring whatever you paid for online. I paid for an executive city view room but was offered a room with a lower standard than what l paid for. The hotel does not provide a good customer satisfactory experience. l was treated as a less-priority guest than those who paid directly at the hotel. In that case, Hotel.com has to review this hotel or take them off the list of their hotels. It is deceiving not to receive the offer l paid for. I feel cheated and unappreciated.

I love the serenity of the environment, the Hospitality of the staffs, room cleanliness and most importantly the foods.

Great Customer Service

Overall, stay was nice and staffs were respectful. Rooms need a little upgrade especially the bathroom. Breakfast staffs need a little training about food services as i was served Breakfast in severely chipped plate and on another occasion, Breakfast was completely cold. Remember to take your own iron, because they charge you to iron your cloth (may be a naija thing) i found it strange. Breakfast plates are left outside your door for a while before its cleared :(

My stay was highly fulfilling. My room was indeed a safe haven for me. The food was good also.

I enjoyed every minute of my stay. The environment was serene and the rooms were super clean. In a simple sentence, I was overwhelmed with positive surprises. I will surely visit again I come to Ikeja, Lagos.
