The hotel allowed a patron to verbally abuse my driver and myself. The hotel also disrespected my driver and treated him badly. I requested for the hotel manger to sanction the patron as American I would not recommend a non Nigerian to stay here

The beddings were stained with marks and old looking , seemed overused didnt smell or look freshly washed and not completely white, though presented as white beddings. The water tank in the bathroom was leaking dirty rusted water , which kept dripping on me as I attempted to use the sink which was just undeneath the defective tank. I noticed 3 dark orange stains on the floor after first night at hotel and reported it - it was disgusting, couldnt comprehend why they would even put a guest in that room considering they were aware that the tank was defective and new one had been ordered according to the staff. The cup used to drink tea was not washed properly had old stains and tea marks from previous use, yet the cleaner had washed the cup for use. The top of the table in the room was broken causing a health and safety hazard as it could easily fall on someone's foot. The cover was just losely placed back without repair. There was no chair provided in the room even though I was advised sent for repair- no replacement provided. The safe for placing valuables was faulty, it was allegedly repaired but couldn't get my stuff out and the staff were not truthful about time it would be resplved, if I had to catch a flight would have missed it due to the delay resolving the safe issues and it remained defective until I checked out. Hygiene is an issue from my experience. Shortened my stay and moved to a another hotel . The only good is its proximity to airport. Not recommended.

My room had a Smart Tv.....a big plus. Excellent location....very close to the airport. Safe, excellent breakfast. Fantastic staff. Definitely coming back.

The sheets had fresh bloodstains in them and had not been changed.

I loved the room and excellent customer service. My bathroom however had a leak which was not pleasant but it was just a one night stay so I didn’t make a fuss about it.

The toilet seat is shaking and may fall off anytime and the drainage is bad especially the sink

Clean, staff are too nice, and always willing to assist you and most especially the hotel security is guaranteed.
