On a busy road so very noisy
Room was ok a bit shabby but clean and beds were comfy

Hotel was clean, decor was nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel was convenient for seeing around the city and airport transfers via bus station. We would stay again.

I like the security of the key card being used also for calling the lift as it helps ensure only guests can enter the body of the hotel.
Stsff are helpful, very welcoming and ready with a smile.

Location very central and room fine.
Service in bar/ restaurant for dinner and in restaurant for breakfast very poor. Hotel very understaffed, long delays for dinner and breakfast buffet ran out of food and drink items on a regular basis.

We have stayed here several times this was by far the worst.
We areived at 3pm to check in and relax a little before we had to go for a 6pm event. We could not check in till 4 40pm as the rooms were not ready.
There was no attempt to let us know this was the case until we arrived
There was no attempt to keep us informed
The room was very noisy and hot
The pillows were horribly hard
Other guests allowed their children to shout and scream running wild on the corridors well after 10pm. The adults then did the shame after midnight before having a domestic at 3.30

Great hotel in a great area of the city centre. Ideal hotel as it's so close to all the amenities. Clean, tidy and spacious room. Only downside was the heat in the bedroom as it was just too hot and stuffy (even with the open window it didn't made my difference).

Not a great room. Kids’ bed was a sofa bed. Towels and bedding not changed after first night despite our request and Tv didn’t work properly. Good location at least!

We found the Leonardo to be a very excellent choice with a very convenient location next to the main bus-train transit center. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The morning buffet had an excellent selection of breakfast fare.

The hotel location suits my needs well. Its location in the city centre is very convenient. Near to Opera House, and the City Hall as well as shops, restaurants, and Grand Central bus and train hub.

The hotel is in a strategic accessible location close to the train station and city center, and multiple restaurants within walking distance!
