This property worked well for the 4 of us (ages 65-72) who stayed for a week. We appreciated the space to store our luggage before our check-in. Kristin was helpful when we had questions. The location was great. Our only very minor criticism is that we wished we had been left more towels. We had a great time in Bergen!

浴室小而且沒有洗髮精及沐浴乳，還要自己鋪床，家具老舊且隔音不好，樓上洗衣服時樓下同時也會感覺到震動。旅館附近有三間超市，採買方便，但有些廚房裏沒有調味料，且鍋具老舊，如果有煮飯的需求要自己準備。

Good access to train station. Quiet street. Spacious.

Very nice flat with everything you need 👍. Near to senter of town, and near to railwaystation and bus station .

Bom apartamento em boa localização, mas para 4 dias de estadia tinha poucas toalhas.

We loved the location. Easy walk to the wharf and main tourist areas as well as a grocery store. However, there is no air conditioning but impossible to sleep with the windows open because of kids yelling and playing till 2am. It stayed light VERY late so it must be what the local kids do but too loud. Even with the windows closed, we could hear. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very nice.

Lovely, modern apartment in a quiet area which is walkable distance to everything. Check-in process is also very easy. I would add that if you are after two separate single beds it doesn’t really have this - it is two single frames with one double mattress over the top and separate single sheets/blankets. Very comfy though.

Las camas son muy incómodas para el precio de la propiedad , las lámparas viejas y no alumbran bien el apartamento , las cobijas viejas , en general malo para el precio

If you have heavy luggages, do not stay here as there's no elavator. We were give level 4 unit and have to drag ours up!!! Furniture time for upgrade. You are requires to change your own bedsheets and remove them when checking out. Won't recommend. Stay at Citybox will be better.

Very clean well taken care and very comfortable place to stay. Good location close grocery stores.

This was a lovely place to stay in a central location in Bergen. The rooms are comfy and the facilities are good. You are 5 minutes walk from the station. We stayed in the three bedrooms apartment. Please note - only one bathroom!

Good WiFi, central good size rooms. Checking in was a bit challenging as it was not clear that I will receive an e-mail with the code. The key box is difficult to open and the bath room had a very unpleasant smell. The shower still had hair from previous customers. It was unclear if the thermostat could be regulated.

Wonderful little three bedroom apartment. Simply furnished but spacious open plan layout. Very functional and great easy communication with our hosts!! My only disappointment was we had to make our own beds but perhaps that is standard in Norway??? Absolutely loved this town filled with history, beautiful scenery, endless lovely coffee shops, and such friendly welcoming people!!! Thank you Bergen and our hosts!!!

Bergen er svær at finde rundt i for en halvgammel dansker. Men adressen lå godt med hensyn til parkering og centrum. Vi var der i påskedagene, men ellers lå Kiwi 100 meter fralejligheden mht indkøb. Alle faciliteter i køkken og badeværelse incl. vaskemaskine.

Lovely apartment in a great location, walkable to everything. Supermarket not even 2mins away. Apartment was very spacious & comfortable. Hosts were quick to answer any queries etc. Slightly confused about heating when we arrived but once we knew what to do the apartment quickly became toasty warm We definitely stay here again couldnt fault it

Lite för kallt när vi kom men det blev okej efter några timmar efter vi slagit på elementet. Betydligt svalare i sovrummen än i vardagsrummet. Överlag fint och fräscht men syns fex på golv och soffor att det används flitigt, lite halvslitet. Smidigt att komma åt nycklar osv 4/5 👍

It was a very noisy area during the night and very difficult to sleep in. The communication regarding access to the building was poor. I tried to contact the apartment but was not able to get through. There were also stains on the bedsheets.

Nice apartment in a great central location

Overall a clean and nice apartment well suitable for a short stay. The bathroom could have been better though, it have a bad odour (some moisture over time or maybe coming from the drain). Misleading information in the documents regarding the garbage disposal (described as a chip key, but there was a different solution outside, with a triange key in the hall downstairs which I discovered later) A few not working lightbulbs in the apartment (the tablelamp in my room and the spare bulb in the drawer was defect). The curtain blinds in my bedroom was broken, so it was not possible to get the room properly dark. All this are small issues, but the bad thing is that there was given two phone number for contact to the hosts, but I there was no reply on SMS from either of these contacts.
