At the time of check in the staff expected us to sleep three people on one bed. Though i mentioned the age of child was 15. This is not acceptable, but the night shift staff understood the situation and provided us extra bed.

Rude staff members normally staring at the girls and women, doing money laundering, not providing basic facility in the room. Genuine visitors should not go.

Day time staff was very professional and good in hospitality. But night staff was really unprofessional and rude. I am regular customer of Avari Towers since long.Never faced this kind of front desk staff before. Very disappointed with night staff. Overalls Service were good like always.

It was a delight to stay in this gorgeous hotel, so well maintained and managed. The staff were kind and welcoming, the room comfortable and spacious, and the breakfast provided an array of choices.

I had an excellent stay at the Avari Hotel. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—always going the extra mile to assist. What really stood out were the unique amenities: an on-site barber, currency exchange, and even a fleet of cars available for guests, which made getting around the area super convenient. The room was thoughtfully stocked with extras like a dental kit, shaving kit, and shoe shine kit, which I’ve rarely seen even in high-end hotels. The food was great, and service across the board was consistently top-notch. The only thing I wish they offered was the ability to buy a local mobile SIM or plan on-site instead of having to go to an external store. Would absolutely recommend staying here—great value, excellent service, and lots of thoughtful touches.

The hotel is pleasant enough and the staff are friendly and helpful. The first day the AC in the room was leaking, had it checked twice and in the end we moved room. The WiFi is poor, with constant dropping

Very nice place to stay. a big plus in the garden from this hotel incl the swimmingpool. The fitness has very nice modern equipment.

I booked this hotel through Hotels.com, expecting a seamless experience, but unfortunately, it was far from that. The hotel advertised a complimentary shuttle service, yet none was available upon our arrival. When I called the hotel, I was told they didn’t have a reservation under my name. The representative promised to call back in 10 minutes but never did. I had to call again and was repeatedly told there was no reservation. After a frustrating back-and-forth, during which I emphasized that I had a paid receipt from Hotels.com, the matter was escalated to the duty manager. The manager eventually found my reservation, but it was listed under Expedia.com. This issue between Hotels.com and the hotel needs to be resolved. We finally reached the hotel two hours after arriving in the city. While the duty manager offered us an early check-in as a gesture, it felt like the bare minimum given the inconvenience we endured. The hotel itself is average at best and definitely not worthy of a 5-star rating. It is also significantly overpriced. During our stay, weddings were held almost every evening, particularly at the pool area, making it impossible for other guests to relax there. Perhaps this was due to peak season, but it added to the overall disappointment. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially given the poor coordination, lack of service, and inflated prices.
