Amazing service!

Their staff has an unprofessional attitude; we live in interior Punjab, so every time we visit, we have stay here as the location is ideal for us. Each time we book through Expedia or any other website and go, their staff has an issue retrieving our booking, or they say that they don't have space in this building; hence they try to transfer us to another facility. ( which doesn't make sense) the front desk isn't very cooperative, considering we stay there at least twice a month.

I am a trained surgeon, currently practicing as a Consultant in Emergency Medicine in NHS England. We (Me and my Mrs) travelled from Telford, Shropshire, UK to attend a family marriage in Multan. Except one hiccup, when one of the male employee asked the door-lock card to be recharged whilst it wasn't used, everything gone very smooth. I would advise the employers to train their employees to refrain from such malpractices, as not everyone who visits Pakistan is a goof.

Furniture is dirty because of its light Color leather look . Even though I reserved in advance for two adults but the room was equipped for single person. You have call for dental kit , towels , tea cups. Water etc Really disappointed even fought I’m regular user of Avari express lahore but in Multan very poor experience for me . After entering into the property now one is there to guide to park the car and then lead to reception with luggage .

Just simply amazing, this was my 3rd stay- 2nd through HOTEL.com They upgraded Both my rooms for free to Delux Twin But unnecessarily charged extra matters for another room, as the occupants where 4 and room could accommodate 3 only- so instead of 1 extra mattress they charged for 2 But the comfort, buffet breakfast, ambiance, bedding was 11 out of 10

After a long trip by road from Karachi we really needed a nice place to stay the night and Avari was the perfect place for us.

I actually made a mistake and booked it for a day later than intended. So I arrive there and they tell me this and that they are full. Its 11.30pm, I have been driving for 12 hours. They said, dont worry just give us 5 min. 5 min later they found a room (identical to the booking), during the night conferred with Expedia, applied my payment (for next night) to my current stay, all without any bother and without even telling me. The facility is nice and clean, very well built (mostly marble, done tastefully). Rooms are spacious. Food is pretty good (I only had breakfast buffet). Service (front desk and room service) is prompt, polite and friendly. Loved the experience

This hotel is centrally located, the room was spacious and clean and the staff was helpful. They can improve on the breakfast offering...though it was not too bad as they made me a fresh paratha on request. We only stayed for a night so wanted some utility to be made for our driver which not available but space was available for the car to be parked. Overall a pleasant experience.

I booked rooms in Avari Xpress but you stay us Avari boutique residence. What was that ?

The room's were clean, spacious, and equipped with more than what I expected. Definitely THE place to stay if you're coming from abroad or looking for a four star rating hotel. Staff is also really sweet and respectful.

Experience was good but service was very poor because of low saff. this property is better than boutique Avari

I only stayed for one night and it was perfect. From the registration to the breakfast to checkout. Everyone is polite and the hotel was clean and quiet. I would stay here again.

The staff was very welcoming and paid extra attention to make us feel welcome and comfortable.
