Four Points by Sheraton Lahore

I recently stayed at Four Seasons by Sheraton Lahore and had a pleasant overall experience. The staff were exceptionally professional, attentive, and made the stay comfortable from check-in to departure. Their service stood out as one of the highlights of the visit. The breakfast, while somewhat limited in variety, was well-prepared and enjoyable. Quality definitely made up for the smaller selection. The building itself is on the older side, but it is clearly well maintained, which reflects positively on the management’s upkeep standards. Security was also very reassuring throughout my stay. I felt safe at all times, which is especially important when traveling. I also appreciate that they provided a shuttle to pick me up and return me to the airport promptly. Overall, it’s a solid choice for anyone visiting Lahore, particularly if you value good service and a secure environment.

The shuttle driver was waiting for me with my name on a sign. The rooftop pool was very nice.

I would not recommend this hotel, the rooms were smelling and were very outdated. One out of two days we got sewage water in the sink, with zero air circulation. The hotel also didn't on honour Expedia setup and charged our card, even tho we had advised we will pay when we reach. If I can give this hotel a 0 rating I will.

The staff was okay however after checking I kept calling regarding the a/c which never got fixed. The room was extremely hot, tried several times but air-condition never threw cold air, just fan. The staff kept telling 10 minutes every time I called. Plus I called house keeping to change the bedsheets and I was charged Rs 2500 for it. Overall it wasn't a pleasant experience, I kept sweating through out my stay and the aircondtion was never fixed. I will never ever stay at this location or recommend anyone of my family or friends to stay there either

Gostei da localização do hotel, é bem favorável para ir para todos os principais pontos da cidade, seja de uber, ou até mesmo a pé. Hotel com uma boa segurança , com staff bem eficiente. Achei o café da manhã com poucas opções para o padrão Sheraton, principalmente para quem vem de outros países e não possuem o habito da alimentação tradicional. Limpeza deixa um pouco a desejar. Acredito que o hotel precisa passar por reformas.

Très mauvais. Le personnel de mauvaise foi, chambre pas propre, la salle de bain bouchée, air conditionné ne fonctionnait pas. Linge de salle de bain pas changé. Piscine pas propre.

I did not enjoy my trip at the very begning i was told on my check in the package i been offered was totally different been told to hotel management that was very disappointing food quality was not good make my tumy upset i am over disappointed in my stay i will not book that hotel again

Everything was good

This hotel made a huge unauthorized transaction with my card info. They stated I would be charged a $50 security deposit only to charge my card nearly $800 for no reason. This hotel is extremely corrupt and I will be taking action against this unauthorized charge. Sheraton should be ashamed of this management. They refused to offer a refund of my money saying it had to be days later when it’s already posted to my account. I am STILL waiting on my refund and I have not heard anything yet. DO NOT STAY HERE OR GIVE THE FRONT DESK YOUR CARD INFO. I’d you stay here, give them a limited pre-paid card with only $60 on it for the deposit. They are thieves. You’re better off not giving them access to your accounts.

I have booked several hotels via hotels.com and this is first time this hotel refused breakfast which is already included in my booking but later they offered me BF as a favor... however its already included in my booking. Later my bank link was down so i paid cash with an understanding to refund at the time of check out n i will pay via credit card but again hesitation.

It was all good just the room was not big enough and maybe get the tub water cleaned
