It was a great place to stay and very affordable. Easy check in and check out process.

After staying in several hotels in Saddar, we finally settled in Hotel Excelsior because it was fully booked until that date. The hotel was amazing, the cleanliness, the breakfast had both Pakistani Breakfast and Continental breakfast also. The stay was very comfortable and the service was amazing as well. Also the staff were very considerate people. Though just booking through hotels.com it didn't show in their system, we did the booking and made the payment 7 days before and when we went to the hotel it just didnt show in their system. So if you do online booking in any hotels make sure you call the hotel property and reconfirm everything again.

Nice hotel with very good location. Next to Atrium Mall and many other shops in the area. Good value for money. A bit noisy in the hallways as doors are not sound proof, so one can hear if someone is talking outside your room. Also the hotel should offer 24 hours room service. Currently the hotel only offer room service until midnight. After midnight one must order food etc from Foodpanda. Karachi Brasserie which is located inside the hotel has very good food. The chef at Karachi Brasserie should get his things together and always have steak available which is main item on the menu. Overall clean rooms and very service minded staff. Good hotel for families.
