LET OP. Google Maps stuurt je verkeerde locatie.. ook als je de plaatsnaam intypt. Met Organic Maps kom je wel aan in de plaats Los Naranjos. Hotel is dan zo gevonden. Kamer was prima. Groter bed was wel fijner geweest.

No air conditioning. And yes, it does get hot in Boquete during the day. So it will be uncomfortably hot in your room during daylight hours. Also, extremely noisy, smallest sounds are amplified by the way the building is designed, compounded by the fact that you have to keep your window open because there are no A/C units. In short, you'll be up all night listening to others, trust me. I would strongly recommend you stay somewhere else.

Las chicas tratan de dar buena atención, el tener dispensadores de jabón líquido y toallas de papel desechable en los baños está bien, sin embargo, es uno de los peores hoteles en que me he hospedado: Pagas un tipo de habitación y te dan otra de peor calidad, no limpian la habitación de un día para otro, a diferencia de lo que ofrecen en la web, las sábanas están casi transparentes del uso. Sin importar la capacidad de la habitación reservada, así sea cuádruple, hay que pagar adicional por la tercera persona en adelante. Los desayunos son muy limitados... siempre debes ir a otro lugar a desayunar bien. Hay un estadio de baseball frente al hotel con el alboroto que eso implica: Esa fue mi prometida vista a la montaña, como ofrecían las características de la habitación seleccionada en la página correspondiente de Expedia.

Todo el personal SUPER AMABLE!!! El desayuno además de DELICIOSO super abundante y los productos de primera calidad!!! Super buen acceso al establecimiento. Limpio y cómodo! Don German excede en el nivel de su servicio!!!

Arquitectura tipo colonial con jardín interno y todo muy pulcro dentro de las instalaciones. El personal era super atento y muy amable.

Pasé dos noches muy agradables en este hotel con menos de un año y fue una grata experiencia. El personal bastante atento en todo momento hizo mi estancia cómoda. Ellos mismos me orientaron acerca de los tours que hacer en el escaso tiempo que disponía. Hotel muy recomendable.

We were a party of six including my two daughters, age 7 and 3. The check-in was not too much trouble except for the fact that the guy did not know the wifi password, which ultimately didn't matter because there was no wifi signal in our room. The rooms themselves are very small and simple. There is a TV hung on the wall, next to it cables jut out of a hole in the wall. Our room faced a sports facility which was very noisy until about midnight. The windows are not noise reducing. The bathroom in one of the rooms smelled. I had to walk down to the front desk to inform them, because there are no phones in the rooms. The day after they told me they had applied some cleaners to the drain, but the smell didn't improve noticeably. On the second morning we had no hot water. Boquete is chilly in the mornings. I went down to the front desk but they could not figure out what was wrong. They advised me to turn faucets different ways, all of which I had already tried. I expressed some urgency because my daughter had shampoo on her head at the time. Some time later they told us we could shower in another room where the hot water was working. We all did this half naked trek to the other side of the hotel to take a shower. Next morning we faced the same problem, no hot water, but this time it was compounded by no water pressure at all in the whole hotel. We therefore had to leave that morning without taking a shower.
