Seria bueno que le den mantenimiento a las instalaciones.

The room was good. But they gave us the last floor and water takes time to get there up. There wasn't towels ready and we had to request them several times until finally they gave them to us with attitude.

Room was not clean and smelly. I went down asked for another one with ventilation. Staff helped me out. Then internet was not working properly so I devices to went down for the second time. The third time I went down due to the key system ssues. So I decided not to stay in there eventhough it was late evening around 11 . I took all my belongings, expressed my disappointment and left them behind. Lady from the counter try to help but it is out of her scope. I won’t go back there.on that day I was arriving from the airport around 2 hours before.

It had a security guard but the rooms can be better secured. And the room's was not clean.

There was no shower head and no hot water

Dit hotel biedt helemaal niks behalve een stinkende kamer geen warm water. Het gebouw en alles erin moet eerst grondig worden aangepakt voordat je hier weer iemand kan logeren er is geen ontbijt en geen wifi op de kamersmensen laat slapen

No hay higiene, no estaba habilitado el restaurante, tiendas cercanas, centrico a cualquier lado que fui. No habia Internet, no habia buena iluminación

Este sitio es pesimo la cama pegado a las cortinas llenas de moho cucarachas por doquier y el barrio y sus alrededores tenebroso

Las fotos son diferentes la habitación con cortinas con moho verde sucias las paredes con hongos las sábanas rotas el cuarto sucio es un hotel en abandono no lo recomiendo la atención mala y mal ubicada zona de peligro

First night a water leak outside my room coming from the floor above. After returning back from all inclusive resort few days later. I get to my room there was no water throughout the entire building had to wait few hours to shower. No bueno

Made a 4 days reservation on April 2025 with Hotels.com. Upon arrival I was surprised by the incredibly amount of homeless people surrounding the hotel, nothing like this mentioned on the Hotels.com online brochure. I made the reservation and paid for it. It included WIFI as everyone requires, to my surprise there was no WIFI since it was broken, the room were not cleaned, they looked as if built in the 1970s and as if not cleaned ever since. The bathroom were ancient and the room "decoration" was hanging loose. I demanded a refund since I was not going to stay in this place but I was refused, they say that since I made the reservation with Hotels.com, I had to complain to Hotels.com. I complain to Hotels.com and within 24 hrs. the refuse my refund request. I did not stay in Hotel San Thomas for more than 1 hrs. yet I did not get my money refunded. Its a shame that Hotels.com its still listing this place with all the fake positive reviews. The place its dangerous, filthy and dysfunctional.

I enjoy the rooftop pool very nice!

Este hotel esta con un muy mal mantenimiento, nuestra habitacion estaba con el drenaje del baño tapado, era una picina la ducha, solicitamos el arreglo y el personal de mantenimiento no trabaja los domingos, nos pasaron de habitacion y la que nos iban a dar esta llena de humedad, hasta olia y las paredes humedas, nos toco ir a una mucho mas pequeña que la que habia reservado, la limpieza es pobre, si no dices que te limpien no te arreglan la habitacion, se nota el descuido, en viajes anteriores habia ido, pero esta vez se nota el cambio, ya ni el restaurante esta operativo y cerca no hay muchas opciones para cenar o desayunar.... El personal muy amable y servicial no tienen la culpa del pesimo estado de las instalaciones

Los sofa cama estan descompuestos no quisieron darnos un colchón, el internet no funcionó
