Hotel Pradera Verde Inn

Viajé a Lima por cuestiones académicas, y elegí Hotel Pradera Verde Inn, ya que, está en una excelente ubicación (zona miraflores, cerca de diferentes rutas de transporte, y de tiendas importantes en Lima). También los precios son muy accesibles. La atención es muy buena. en resumen, Pradera Verde Inn, es una excelente opción.

Lo más importante para mí fue la confianza que generan quienes laboran en el lugar, más que un buen desayuno, es cómo te orientan y ayudan para obtener una buena experiencia de conocer la ciudad. tan es así que repetí mi estadía en el hostal cuando regrese a Lima.

La ubicación del hotel fue primordial para mi estadía, la limpieza del baño y habitación muy buena, el precio es muy accesible y brinda un trato muy cordial a sus huéspedes se lo recomiendo a todos!! Aparte el desayuno que incluye es muy saludable y nutritivo.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Accommodations and service were both great. Breakfast was quite good and the hotel is centrally and conveniently located within the Miraflores district of Lima.

The staff was excellent and very attentive. Overall the place is very quiet and clean and there is little traffic noise. I found the location to be convenient in terms of walking and taxis were cheap. My only critiques are that the room was small, the bedspreads are old and need replacing and the water pressure was not very good.

Decent and well located hotel in the heart of Miraflores. Very quiet street.

The location was great, it was clean and very nice. The only issue for us was the shared shower and toilet. There was no hot water in the shared sink but the shower was nice

Sólo estuvimos un día, pero la persona a cargo del hotel es muy atenta y eficiente, incluso nos ayudó para hacer el web check in de nuestro vuelo del día siguiente. Es un lugar muy pequeño, pero acogedor con todas las necesidades básicas cubiertas, está muy aseado y muy seguro.

Great price and location, but it was hot in the room and the fan is really loud.

Wow, where do I begin? This is the worst 'hotel' on my trip through Costa Rica, Ecuador, Panama and Peru. I was initially put in a 'room' right next to the breakfast area. The 'room' seemed to be a kind of common room that they had stuck beds in. No wastepaper basket, no cupboard to hang or put clothes, there was a random desktop computer in the corner with a chair. Seems like the room is occasionally used as a common area, it has two massive sofas in it. The bed was terrible, mattress uneven and broken. They had a slippery carpet with no purchase on the floor - almost went flying twice. Next: breakfast. Or as they call it the 'breakfast buffet'. Mini saucers for plates. Buffet “tiny slices of cheap ham”, “peruvian cheese” a mangled egg served lukewarm. Hardly worth it. No tea - the lady in charge didn't know what TEA was (as in English normal tea) she insisted “that is tea”, pointing to a basket of mint, chamomile etc sachets - no those are “herbal infusions” she didn’t know what tea was - surprising considering an international clientele. I complained about the first room, they moved me to a second: pretty much a prison cell. Curtain coming off of rail No cupboard/wardrobe Shower pressure erratic, one strong torrent surrounded by dribbles Tiny handkerchief sized towel price is a rip off, considering there is no shower in the room. Staff condescending and smug. avoid.

Very basic hotel with tiny shared bathroom.

Just needed a room for 10 hours. Hotel was very secure. Located very close to shopping and Kennedy Park. Shared bathroom was extremely clean. Room was perfect for my needs. Highly recommend this hotel for the price.

Es un tipico hostal para mochileros, la higiene de las habitaciones es muy mala,es una casa que adecuaron en habitaciones, mucho calor y un ventilador, el desayuno es deficiente,y los dos empleados son amables, la señora magda recepcion y oficios varios , y el joven que hace de todo, no lo recomiendo solo para mochileros, su precio demasiado caro para su calidad, al pagar lo ponen en soles con cambio altisiom 3,6 , lo unico bueno esta en miraflores cerca de todo. NO LO RECOMIENDO.

Parada Verde is a no frills but high service hotel. Great service and breakfast too.

Good location in Miraflores, close to restaurants, shopping and bus services. The owner was very helpful in suggesting what to do and how to get around. They also arranged transportation to and from the airport. Small but clean room, only concern was there was no window.
