Staff was friendly and efficient. Couldn’t get hot water and there is mold on the ceiling in the main room and bathroom. We have fairly low standards though, so it was sufficient for us.

No elevator. I'm a 70 year old male with some hip problems. I had to drag my luggage up 4 floors. Non English speaking front desk personnel. Thank you translator on phone. I asked for a taxi to take me to the airport. Taxi never showed so took a tuk tuk to airport. Property is not in the greatest area of the city.

No hot water., no elevator to carry luggage, floors cracked with broken tiles on the walk. Breakfast was a joke. The lady makes breakfast “to order” but stated it was only one slice of bread per person. (All I had asked for was two pieces of jam and toast) saw geckos on the walls and my son heard suspicious squeaks (mice we presumed). Libby toilet had no toilet seats either. Do I really need to say more. Those 10 point reviews are either fake or written by guests without any standards). No the hot water was not broken, they simply never have any. This was a NIGHTMARE . Expedia PLEASE don’t promote this property it’s unfair. A couple of staff members were nice.

This is by far one of my favorite places to stay in iquitos. I travel for work to iquitos every few months and I only stay here. It has its pros and cons. The staff is just amazing to me. I can get demanding at times with them, but they always pull through. I talk to them on whats app and arrange my stay and they always accomidate me. The rooms have amazing AC and keeps the room freezing for me. The pool is quiet and nice. I usually bring a few beers with me and relax there. The hotel itself is nice and has plenty of tuk tuk outside waiting to take you places. The hotel is only 6 blocks from downtown. Its pretty ideal for me. The only downside is the breakfast is pretty bland, but thats not bad. They got beer and drinks at reception area. They are good to me. and I only stay here. Highly recommend.

El personal de la cocina y la atención en el desayuno muy bueno pero no puedo decir lo mismo del personal de los encargados de hacer el checking de los huéspedes del hotel había un jove que a pesar que mi acompañante estaba registrado a cada rato le pedía documentos para ingresar al hotel y también a mis invitados que venían a visitarme al hotel a cada rato le pedía documentos cuando ellos ya en oportunidades anteriores le dieron sus documentos no sé si tendría alguna fijación o desviación o algo en contra mía o de mis invitados que nos hostigaba de esa manera para aburrirnos y no sé cuál sería su intención al final lo otro es que cuando pedí una toalla porque no habían dejado toallas 2 por habitación matrimonial simplemente no me dieron y se demoraron varias horas en darme una toalla haciéndome secarme después del baño con una sábana de la cama por no haber toalla mala atención a tiempo de requerimiento por parte del huésped en conclusión se pagó mucho dinero por noche por un mal servicio del personal de la administración del hotel haciéndome pasar muchas incomodidades en mi estadía por 01 semana no pienso volver a este lugar nunca mas

Staff friendly but facility in average. WiFi reception is not good at top floor. Staff is very friendly though English is not good, he helped us ordering dinner with translator to communicate.

We were booked for two nights. The first room was above the disco and on the street, so it was noisy. The second night we switched to an interior room. There seem to be very few guests. The double bed sagged and the bathroom flooded due to the rain. The breakfast was individually cooked but not much there. The coffee was instant, in season and out of season. The location is convenient.

Check in is ok, no issue. Location is good. Room is spacious. CONS: No Wifi even if staff insist there is. Its a lie. They will give you multiple PW for reception area, 2A and 3A but no connection at all. Breakfast has no flavor, instant coffee, and only 1 egg is allowed. Do not get room overlooking the street, very noisy. You can hear everyone talking and the relentless honking of motokars until dawn. No elevators by the way which is a bummer since they gave us 3rd floor and we have luggage. Pillows are too small and beds are hard. Thank you to the staff who gave me extra pillow, rag for the bathrrom and called for my taxi.

Nice and cheap rooms, close to local attractions walkable. Although transport is easily accessible. Friendly staff was very helpful.

The hotel accommodation itself was totally fine and comfortable, but there were 2 major issues for us. Two of the main reasons I chose the hotel were laundry facilities and airport transportation, both of which were advertised in the room description during booking. We were told the laundry facilities were not available after 4pm (undisclosed during booking), and we arrived at 4:45. Staff refused to accommodate us by opening the room for self-service laundry. The other issue was that the website listed airport transportation, and that was not provided. The front desk person did call a taxi for us, but my understanding was that transport was included with the room, and it was not.

This place has a cute pool and is affordable. The people working the counter were very sweet and the breakfast in the morning was lovely. However, the rooms were absolutely disturbingb and in disrepair. It was a very bizarre experience. My room had mirrors on the wall and the mirror was dirty and I'm going to assume the long streaks down the mirror were someone's soda exploding that was never cleaned. The lamp flickered on and off because of bad wiring. The shower was also crumbling and not the rainfall water had that was promised. There was a huge window in the room that let in the light from the hallway that there was no way to control. Ended up staying only one night and going elsewhere the next day. The bed was comfortable and this is located very close to the market so it was easy to get up the next day and check out the market.

Muy bien el Hotel, limpio, con aire acondicionado, wi fi, ducha caliente y buen desayuno. El personal muy atento, te orientan sobre los lugares y recorridos que quieres hacer. La piscina con agua limpia. Buena ubicación, céntrico y seguro. Mi único reproche... deben limpiar las zonas altas de las ventanas, pues había presencia arácnidos.

Hotel basic and clean. Good service but internet is very slow and there is a very noisy nightclub in front. The swimming pool was being filled and can't be used while we were there.
