No air conditioner,not elevator,tv is not working ,the pictures they show on the web is fake the only thing was true is the rooms were nice

No me encantó la zona donde se ubica, aunque si bien está cerca del centro, la calle para llegar es bastante sucia y llena de antros de mal ver.. la habitación fue cómoda y la atención del personal muy buena.. aunque es un lugar muy sencillo sieve para las personas que solo necesitan dormir

객실 시설 안좋음. 화장실 문 고장남. 샤워 부스가 너무 좁음. 뜨거운 물이 나왔다 안나왔다 함. 직원들이 영어가 가능해 좋았음. 버스터미널 가까워서 좋았음.

I really enjoyed my stay at Kuska Guest House. From the beginning, they were very attentive to my needs. I was able to coordinate a taxi ride when I arrived in Cusco. My flight arrived early and was able to leave my belongings before check-in time. There is always someone at the front desk available and very helpful when it comes to answering questions. The room and bathroom were very clean. Overall, the service was absolutely great.

Such an amazing value. My room had a great value of the city. Included breakfast was very basic but nice to have. It’s in a great location. Can’t go wrong for the price.

Overpriced for conditions and treatment. GOOD: location to the main plaza, easy to walk to. The owner is accommodating to arrive and arranged a taxi for us. BAD: VERY NOISY, you can hear night clubs thumping all night, you can hear people coming and going, very loud. Even had drunk couple fighting outside our door one night. The sheets and towels have obvious stains when we arrived, floor felt dirty and the bathroom had mold in it due to no ventilation. It did have lots of hot water which was nice. What we did not like was the owner accused us of staining his (already stained) sheets with a drink and gave us a 50 soloes bill.

The staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was simple but much appreciated. It's close to some nightclubs so you can hear a "thump thump thump" in some nights but very trivial. Located super close to the main plaza. Highly recommended!

Gostamos do quarto, espaçoso, cama confortável. So não gostamos do fato de nao ter telefone no qaurto para chamar a recepção, o chuveiro que nao esquentava direito, as vezes esquentava muito, de repente esfriava e a pressao da agua dominuia sozinha, tambem achamos ruima quantidade de escadas para chegar no quarto, se tivesse um andar baixo, mais acessivel, seria melhor

Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Rooms were cleaned daily. Close to laundry service and attractions

Bathroom had no ventilation. Room felt humid because of the lack of ventilation. Bed covers were stained. No shampoo. Towels were never changed. Decent for the price

Staff are very accommodating to help out. Room was basic but can get anything from the staff

I loved staying at Kuska Guest House. Everything was very clean and the people were very friendly.

Nice with reception and helped with taxi booking to airport. They didn't see I asked for airport taxi and wrote times we arrived, so had to write again as they asked. Also we specifically booked the place for late breakfast (10:00) timed for taxi and then 2 airplanes. We arrived for breakfast 09:30 but it closed at 09:30. The airport in Cuzco doesn't have a cafeteria/restaurant so for our long trip coming we only managed to eat an empanada. We even asked when we arrived if the breakfast was until 10:00 to be sure and said yes. In the morning they (another employee) said "no, it's only til 09:00" and that's it. Could have said sorry for the misinformation or something. I had to show it says 10:00 in Hotels.com. Then said it was 10:00 before corona pandemic. Not so service minded. The bathroom was ok but kind off moldy/missing paint on roof. Otherwise it was a ok place for one night after Inka Trail, close to city center but be prepared for stairs, specially if you have luggage.

We stayed here 2 nights in the Matrimonial Habatacion. This was a beautiful room on the 4th floor with beautiful views of Cusco. We were going hiking for a few days and we were able to safely store our luggage. Everyone we encountered was very nice and easy to deal with. We stayed in a Superior Double Room upon our return. This room was thankfully on the 2nd floor because we were sore after hiking. But, the bathroom in this room had a lot of mold in it and we had to keep the bathroom door closed. It was a big room though if you want to sleep a small family. We were with others who had rooms as well and both were nice and comfortable.

Great communicators !! Got us a better rate taxi from airport! Kept our luggage safely while we were in a trekking trip! Courteous all the time and cleaning our room every day! Good basic breakfast. Perfect location bcs is right outside the plaza de armad, but right next. Great view of plaza! Some rooms are better, much better. Is worth the extra. 🙏
