Train engines are stored down the block immediately in front of this hostel like hotel. Room smelled strongly of bleach but still felt quite worn and dirty. Only stay here if money is more important than comfort. We paid and still switched to another hotel.

El hotel esta justo en las vías del tren, durante el día es muy ruidoso. Durante la noche, esporádicamente pasa el tren, por lo que el descanso no es óptimo. En cuanto a lo demás me pareció un hotel promedio.

Fine to stay in for 1 or 2 days. Rooms were relatively clean. Hotel is not far form thebtrain station. The shower was a little mouldy. Staff was not very nice. Breakfast was okay.

Los baños tenían moho en las hendiduras de la mayoría en muchas zonas. La atención en el comedor fue buena aunque muy limitada. Aceptable en líneas generales.

If zero stars would be an option, definitely that would be my rate. To start off, this can’t be called hotel. If anything would be consider hostal. I wonder what cleanliness means for people who rate it 10/10. If by clean you mean that white sheets did not have stains or look dirty that would be the only cleanliness I might recognize. The rest all is like entering to the twilight zone. First is not accessible. You start by climbing stairs to get to the lobby (if you can call that lobby) then you are received by a person that is more concern of petting his dog than providing any service. The room has curtains that barely close and look that have never been removed to clean. The bathroom is disgustingly full of mold. The walls the shower curtain the shower itself. It emanates a gross odor a mix of urine, sewer and humidity. The location of the hotel makes it a very noisy place to rest, because the train passes in front. They offer breakfast but, is only one person who cooks therefore, if there are many guest you can be there for a very long time. The hygiene it isn’t definitely their priority. The staff wears the same dirty clothes over and over and looks like the cook just got out of bed didn’t even wash his hands, brushed his teeth or pass a comb to his hair. Pictures are not a reflection of how the place is. If the good reviews were made by backpackers, I might be able to see why they rate it good. But if you are traveling for vacations with your family, run away.

Razoável, atendimento horrível, o atendente das 22:00, expirou fundo quando solicitamos toalhas que não estava disponível no quarto, mostrando total desconforto em nos atender.

As with all other hotels in Aguas Calientes, this hotel is close to train tracks and can be loud at night - bring ear plugs.

The room was actually quite big nice and clean, but the overall hotel could have been improved a lot, from the lobby with dirty couch, dog running in and out and personnel not to the top

The room I thought I reserved was not available once I arrived. Staff tried to find room at another hotel, but were obviously frustrated with us. Decided to leave and find another hotel, which was relatively easy. I would suggest reading the room description closely and confirm with them prior to arrival.

Across the street from the train station 5 minutes walk to all restaurants and shops

Location is good! Price is based on what you get! The room can be consider as “clean” and it can improves.

Escolhemos esse hotel pois passaríamos somente 1 noite antes de ir a Machu Picchu. A acomodação era boa, dentro do esperando. E parecia estar tudo limpinho. Tivemos problemas pela manhã pois esperávamos tomar café da manhã às 6hs antes de irmos à Machu Picchu 6h30min. Ficamos esperando na área de café da manhã e infelizmente não conseguimos tomar café pois o responsável pelo preparo do café não acordou.

Malgré la réservation plusieurs jours a l'avance, je suis arrivé et il n'y avait personne a l'accueil et après avoir appelé on m'a informé qu'aucune chambre n'était disponible

El hotel queda al pie del tren, super practico y accesible. caminando 2 minutos al lugar donde se toman los buses para machu picchu. El personal super amable y rico desayuno.
