Great hotel by the old airport terminal. Because of lack of infrastructure, it is a bit slow to get to and from the new terminal with the hotel’s shuttle service. The restaurant is one of the best in the Lima area and certainly the best in Callao, and that’s really saying something!

The hotel and staff were wonderful. We were there three days because of airline hiccups and the ability to stay in the same room and continue our unexpected extended stay was seamless. Everyone that works there is so kind, polite and helpful. I recommend this hotel when you need to stay close to the airport. Shuttle reliably operates every half hour.

This is not at the new airport, it’s at the old airport. It’s a 20 minute drive from the airport, the shuttle is supposed to come every 30 minutes. It ended up being at least an hour round trip for us which defeated the purpose. Rooms are ok.

El hotel es buena opción cercana al aeropuerto. Sin embargo, el hotel está ahora fuera del nuevo aeropuerto, dejando de ser una opción realmente conveniente. Pierden su ventaja comparativa, estando ahora a unos 15 minutos en transporte.
Lo que hay que destacar es que el transporte proporcionado por el hotel es muy eficiente y cómodo.

The hotel is located in the old airport . The suttle takes about 15 to 20 minutes depending on the traffic. The day of the flight the shuttle did not picked us up as expected. So, we were late and lost our flight. Some of the staff are not helpful. They provided the wrong information about the shuttle.. and were not thoughtful. in general they seemed clueless about the shuttle service. I will not stay there again.. Perhaps I will use the new airport's hotel. This new hotel has not opened yet. They said it will open in mid August.. however; they may not. I would be careful both hotels have the same name... the new airport 's name has a "Grand" added in the name: Wyndham Grand Costa del Sol.

The airport changed location so it is no longer directly across from the terminal which was the lure of booking for convenience. Oh well. But other things such as long wait times to check in even though there are only a couple travelers in line, just seemed unnecessary. Honestly the rooms were not amazing and the bathroom was a bit moldy probably because the hotel designed the shower to leak out to the floor and your unable turn the shower on without getting wet. Terrible design not sure why hotels do this when trying to look modern anyway. Some mold makes it not so enjoyable. No hand towels or washcloths. And the shower was scolding hot, so that was an issue. The hotel served its purpose but no way am I giving it 4 or 5 stars. I expect this though as it’s a super busy hotel. The staff was friendly and nice though. Breakfast was pretty underwhelming too but again I was not expecting much.

It’s not my first time. Always choose this hotel for my first night in Lima. Always comfortable, Cousy and with a great breakfast hotel.

El hotel es buena opción cercana al aeropuerto. Sin embargo, el hotel está ahora fuera del nuevo aeropuerto, dejando de ser una opción realmente conveniente. Pierden su ventaja comparativa, estando ahora a unos 15 minutos en transporte.
Lo que hay que destacar es que el transporte proporcionado por el hotel es muy eficiente y cómodo.

The hotel is located in the old airport . The suttle takes about 15 to 20 minutes depending on the traffic. The day of the flight the shuttle did not picked us up as expected. So, we were late and lost our flight. Some of the staff are not helpful. They provided the wrong information about the shuttle.. and were not thoughtful. in general they seemed clueless about the shuttle service. I will not stay there again.. Perhaps I will use the new airport's hotel. This new hotel has not opened yet. They said it will open in mid August.. however; they may not. I would be careful both hotels have the same name... the new airport 's name has a "Grand" added in the name: Wyndham Grand Costa del Sol.

Since the opening of the new Lima terminal this property has been displaced and is now difficult to access. I hope the old terminal will reopen for domestic flights!

Wonderful property for a great price! Felt very fancy, but the part around it were very industrial. Definitely would recommend for airport access!

The airport changed location so it is no longer directly across from the terminal which was the lure of booking for convenience. Oh well. But other things such as long wait times to check in even though there are only a couple travelers in line, just seemed unnecessary. Honestly the rooms were not amazing and the bathroom was a bit moldy probably because the hotel designed the shower to leak out to the floor and your unable turn the shower on without getting wet. Terrible design not sure why hotels do this when trying to look modern anyway. Some mold makes it not so enjoyable. No hand towels or washcloths. And the shower was scolding hot, so that was an issue. The hotel served its purpose but no way am I giving it 4 or 5 stars. I expect this though as it’s a super busy hotel. The staff was friendly and nice though. Breakfast was pretty underwhelming too but again I was not expecting much.

The staff on check in and check out they don’t care at all. They make you wait forever. Some they just look at you without calling and giving an extra service.
