WeI had an amazing stay at Best Western Plus The Ivywall! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our trip was seamless. They expertly arranged all our local tours and transfers, making our travels hassle-free. The spa was a wonderful retreat, offering a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. What truly set this hotel apart was the incredible team—everyone was kind, helpful, and highly skilled in English communication, making interactions smooth and enjoyable. Very nice hotel, very clean and great staff. Only negative was the constant banging, it went on all day and night, every night we were there, not so good if you're a light sleeper. And the beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

Airport shuttle pickup was excellent as well as the front desk staff who was very accommodating with early check-in, breakfast selection was very good and when we left early for our flight the shuttle driver reserved us a couple of sandwiches with fresh fruits to bring to the airport. Excellent services all around! This is my choice hotel when going back to Puerto Princesa, Palawan!

Reasonable price for a better hotel. Nice buffet with very good food but would like it to be warmer. Very helpful staff. Chef John Kris is great.
Bed was average comfort with good linen. Housekeeping replaced all sheets each day and cleaned well.

This property was dirty and located in a dirty area of town. They lacked plant based options andmade up stories about how the local taxi cab companies partner woth the water transport companies and require a fee of 3,000 php when the taxi said it was only 500 php. Typical lies of thos country and practices. When i got to Hudson water area it was dirty and unsafe to float and choppy. The hot didnt warn me
about that either. This is why I stay at Hyatt, but even Hyatt wouldnt build in such a cralpy area.

Very nice hotel, very clean and great staff. Only negative was the constant banging, it went on all day and night, every night we were there, not so good if you're a light sleeper. And the beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

The good: The staff at the front desk and bellhop were really helpful and friendly. The lobby and common areas were nice and airy.
The bad: Our room smelled musty. The towels were old, frayed, dingy, and scratchy.

Reasonable price for a better hotel. Nice buffet with very good food but would like it to be warmer. Very helpful staff. Chef John Kris is great.
Bed was average comfort with good linen. Housekeeping replaced all sheets each day and cleaned well.

Airport shuttle pickup was excellent as well as the front desk staff who was very accommodating with early check-in, breakfast selection was very good and when we left early for our flight the shuttle driver reserved us a couple of sandwiches with fresh fruits to bring to the airport. Excellent services all around! This is my choice hotel when going back to Puerto Princesa, Palawan!

Really nice hotel in Puerto Princessa. I will recommend this if you go to Pourto princesa. The breakfast was great, and staff was super friendly

This property was dirty and located in a dirty area of town. They lacked plant based options andmade up stories about how the local taxi cab companies partner woth the water transport companies and require a fee of 3,000 php when the taxi said it was only 500 php. Typical lies of thos country and practices. When i got to Hudson water area it was dirty and unsafe to float and choppy. The hot didnt warn me
about that either. This is why I stay at Hyatt, but even Hyatt wouldnt build in such a cralpy area.
