Was a great stay

Amenities, room needs a lot of updating. Complimentary breakfast is terrible You need to book to be cleaned. Not going to stay there again

Great place to stay!

The property had a nice look online but the room was very out dated the sockets where loose so plugging in devices were failing the television was so out dated the picture sucked.

Everything was as expected.

First time in cebu but the property was great. Has pool/ karaoke and bar. I recommend is quite and safe

The rooms are awesome. Great air-conditioner. Love the kitchen, Puregold grocery store is nearby. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing is the swimming pool have insects floating but they were cleaning at the same time.

* Unfriendly staff at check in who didn’t provide wifi password until I asked *Missing remote. *TV not working the first day *Pull out bed broken and fell when sat on *Maintenance did not show up when we called to fix broken pull out bed. Waited the next day to get it fixed. *hole in beddings *300 per hr for early check in/out SO We waited in their restaurant after a 15 hr flight because I refused to pay that *No free bfast *Unable to cook on stove….any cooking is extra charge *Only one allowed for use on stove for heating water *Extra (personal) appliances (such as hair dryer) used is an added fee. *Rust on provided cookware *Dirty countertops/tables/surfaces *Slow room service and always “out” of certain foods *Unavailable wifi some days *Body hurt from springy bed, taking Tylenol round the clock *bad location… away from everything so you’re stuck ordering from their restaurant who charges a lot for little or not authentic food *Not answering phone in restaurant because they were on personal call when I went down to order (on my last day) *Second time I went down to order (on my Last day)they told me I was dialing the wrong number and it’s 400 when it clearly said to dial 408 on the phone and I’ve used it during other days. And suddenly it’s different? *some sewage smell coming from kitchen area at one point… don’t know where it came from

The staff were friendly. Overall service was good and the towels were neat except for1) tv remote wasn’t readily available 2) linens have holes and didn’t look fresh 3) door’s second lock wasn’t working.

Great stay with family , big units lovely breakfast and staff

Tin and her staff were amazingly accommodating. She went out of her way to help us have a good experience. Many thanks to her and the staff who are friendly and wonderful.

We traveled amidst the bad weather. Took a long detour from Bataan to Subic and couldn't continue further to Manila due to flooding on the main highway. Long story short, this was an unplanned stay. I love booking via hotels.com. I've used it quite a lot and its very efficient and convenient. Hurriedly booked the unit and in less than 5 mins, am all set. As for Casablanca, the apartment unit was spacious, clean, with kitchen, and complete basic necessecities that's good for 4 pax. Didn't get to try the pool but it looks clean. Breakfast was brought to our room and they are generous with the portion. Staff were friendly and fast. We checked out early to survey if the flooding has subsided, it wasn't.. so special compliment to front desk staff who allowed us to go back and stay in the same room to use up the remaining time at no extra cost.

First room was ok, we got upgrade to a family room (king size bed with a bunk bed in the side) which we don't need because it's only just the two of us, anyways water heater doesn't work, sink is clogged, internet doesn't even work, we called 3 times and they didn't do anything about it. We only stayed for two nights and it's a little disappointing.

Would have been nice if the lower lock is working. Shower button needs to be replaced. Have a hard time switching the ahower button. Overall room is okay and clean.

Good for the price and location...just wished they were courteous enough to help us bring up our things (we have a toddler so I couldn't help hubby bring up the stroller and luggage. He ended up bringing them to the room by himself). Also paid for a pancake my toddler didn't even touch. Waited for them to wrap it up for take out but it never arrived.

The room was nice and spacious. Biggest issues were the noise from the pool till late at night. Seems this is a popular place for the locals to hang out during the day with lots of loud kids. I could not hear the TV over all that noise. Internet was problematic throughout my stay. Only good time was 3am till about 8am.

We have to transfer to other hotel as their facilities are so terrible. When we entered their gate we already noticed the foul smell.
