It was a cozy room for a very affordable price. Though it's a condo, which check in may differ from a Hotel type, I still didn't like how attitude the reception girl. I will definitely book again, and Hopefully, next time, I won't be seeing that Sarcastic and Attitude receptionist.

Being the spoiled American, I was very disappointed upon arrival. I could not get anything to work-A/C tv etc. none of the remotes worked. After the lady came up and helped everything was working. TV reception was poor and we didn’t use it after the initial stay This is my first bnb experience. It is the Philippines so do not expect a 5?star hotel experience. It is adequate for sleeping. Close to the SM mall. Cafe doesn’t offer much. 2 selections for breakfast and 1 for dinner the first day. The small staff was friendly band accommodating band helped with problems. I would stay here again however don’t get your expectations up. It is NOT a relaxing hotel with amenities. It is an affordable place to sleep

dead animals and people where deification in front of my car, windows would not lock on unit, a lot of roaches in room, room smelled of mold and toilet was leaking out on to floor

It was a terrible place to pick for cleanliness, whole place smells mold and sewage, we are gone to the mall all the time since our booking are non-refundable. All sink drainage are filthy dirty, everytime you turn the water on the rubbish smelll will slap you back. I took all my shower at my friend’s house because shower head don’t work. We turn off aircondition and open the window all the time to avoid the molds smell in our room. Luckily we are not far away from SM City mall where we hang out all the tike until we are ready to crash down to bed then we come back to our room.

Excellent location. 5 minutes walk to SM mall. 10 mins drive to Pier 1. Plenty of eateries around. Unit is big enough and clean. Renovation is a bit dated. Leaking grease trip and TV not working. Excellent WiFi

Hello when I arrived at the property after travelling for 27 hours they gave me apartment without aircon fan no towels toilet paper and no water in the Apartment and ìt was dirty you wouldn't put a dog in it i had to fight for 2 hour's to get a new apartment no cable no hot water

I liked it being near to SM. Would go there again next time.

The condominium unit is old and needs some TLC. The room is also old; the bathroom definitely needs some renovation and TLC. Overall stay was okay. For the price that we paid, I suppose we get what is worth the money we paid. The definite plus is its close proximity to SM City. The mall is walking distance away.

Had a small cooktop, rice cooker, and mini fridge.

Reception very helpful. Able to arrange transportation to Oslob, city tour, etc. 2 lifts to all units - still a little wait during peak hours. More a service apartment. Not much facilities. Room has fully equipped kitchen - microwave oven, stove, rice cooker, bowls, plates, etc. Cable TV has limited English channels. Room is clean, spacious. Has water dispenser. Excellent view for high floor units facing SM City and main road. Very close to SM City Mall, jeeney terminal, Vhire terminal, MyBus airport bus terminal.

Very near SM City Mall (3 mins walk), jeeney terminal, Vhire terminal and airport bus terminal. Lots of small stalls and eateries in vicinity. Robinson Mall also within 10 mins walking distance. Room very clean, spacious. Water dispenser inside room - free drinking water. Well equipped kitchen inside room - stove, rice cooker, dish washing liquid, plates, bowls, knife, forks, spoons, microwave oven, etc. Lack choice in cable TV - movie channels. No toiletries except toilet paper. No daily housekeeping. Very good view if high floors - above 11th, facing SM City and main road.

주변에 에스엠몰이 있는 거 외에는 룸환경이 너무 열악하고 개미와 바퀴벌레가 자주 출몰합니다. 덮는 이불 없고, 변기 앉는 부분이 없음. 주변에 에스엠몰 가는 길이 가깝기는 하나 생각보다 너무 무서움. 저렴한 가격에 위치만 좋아요. 방2개 예약했는데 방마다 컨디션이 다른 것 같아요.

찬물만 나옵니다. 그것 외에는 좋습니다. 수건은 머무는 기간동안 1인당 한 장줍니다...

Quite expensive for the type of apartment, it was however sinolug so I suppose that is expected. Still twenty thousand for 8 days is too much. It was OK, not great but OK, the bed was great, very comfortable not many amenities in the condo tho. Close to a massive SM store and a short taxi or jeepney journey into the centre. Very cheap on jeepney, 7 pps which was wow. Nice place just to use as a base and somewhere to sleep and to be fair does have all the basics. One thing we loved was the water purifier giving both icy cold and hot water when needed. Much if the area around the condo is semi industrial with lorry movement at all hours and other light industry so for the tourist a bit run down.

Overall stay is not bad. No high expectations. Although it is limited service bcoz it works as hotel and abnb at the same time. Needs improvement if you booked as hotel service wise. Room assigned was good and clean, just need to be updated.

Great area. Accessible to the mall and other shops. Hassle free check in/check out. Room is spacious and neat. Wifi is great. Will definitely recommend!

The location is close to SM, all the shops needed for a comfortable stay, and the transportation hub. The roof top has a wonderful view of the area and the room has a view. Fantastic wireless, and A great alternative to a hotel.

I spend a few days here during my last visit to cebu. The room was spacious and reasonably priced. There are also two big shopping malls in the area.
