Bathroom not cleaned daily.. Clogged sink.

Excellente! Staff are accommodating and attentive.

Check in was a nightmare!!! Front desk do not have an orderly system. They are getting distracted with people with no and cancelled reservation. Have to wait 3 hrs before being attended. Towels are dirty and have holes. TV coonection is so weak.

very expensive for an outdated ecotel. i won't recommend being too pricey. no bfast unlike the chalet with same pricing😞

I’ve been coming to your hotel for twenty-plus years and this is the 1st time I’ve had a problem, 3 of them actually. I reserved a twin room, but got a tiny double room, number 3117. Very, Very tiny and very noisy, being next to Lacson Street. The TV had no reception. A hotel with an inoperative TV is unacceptable. I talked to the rude lady at the front desk about the bed and the tv. She disagreed about the bed, saying it was technically big enough for two people. Since when does a check-in clerk tell the customer that a room with two twin beds is equivalent to a double bed? The rude lady said that the TV would work later, as if by magic, which it didn’t. I came back and told her again about the TV not working and she acted like she could care less. I called for someone to fix the TV and a courteous clerk came and walked me through the steps to make it work. Why didn’t the rude front desk clerk not call for someone to fix our reception? So I took notes from the helpful clerk that walked me through the tv steps and presented it to one of your front desk clerks and asked if he could copy it and make it available to hand out to the customers that are having the same tv issue, which will help your customers.

The rooms were decent but the floors weren’t clean enough. The ecotel was kinda old although the location was superb cos it’s a stones throw away from Calea cakes & cafe!

IdK what business is in that ecotel part of this jotel before but L fisher could have done better. #1, the toilet flush button is broken, so far it is liveable but If I knew it would be on that old.bldg, I could have booked somewhere in a newer bldg in bacolod. Ot's ok if the bldg is old, if they can just clean it properly, but, no it's not and the towels are literally rags😀, its off white with holes

For rate in the high side price to customers and as one of the good stars hotels in Bacolod this hotel property should be cleaned and building should be well maintained. To me this hotel is a one star hotel but I am being nice to give them 3stars.

No intentional effort to make guests comfortable: no elevator for 3 days and no visible effort to repair it; toiletries not replenished promptly; hotel lobby was very hot (no AC or even a fan).

The staff were the highlight for me

The place is okay for the price plus the location is very good.. prob during our stat was that there were certain areas being painted in our floor, so the pungent smell was not nice.. there was also one morning when the housekeeping knocked on our door apparently to check if we were there or something.. i found this to be inappropriate esp because it was still early and we did not even place a “make up room” sign on the outside.. Other than these, the stay was comfortable..

Bed skirts are stained and dirty, room is dark, amenities could be cleaner

The room was rundown. It felt like they just quit doing maintenance

タイミング悪く改装中で、チェックインの時からシンナーの匂いが酷かった。 寝るためにいただけなので全体的に普通かな。

The room which my family are assigned to stay was very dissatisfying coz it’s very noisy and so many rats/rabbits in the seiling partying in the middle of the night which was very disappointing

Good Hotel Great Service It got a Mall below Good Location Great shops & Market nearby But Rooms too small No Breakfast Biggest Problem is WIFI CODE Has to be RENEWED Everyday.. That creates a Problem ... As many a Times the LAPTOP Does NOT Take it and... UR Left ...without ...WIFI..!!

I stayed at L Fisher Ecohotel, slightly cheaper than the main hotel. The condition is reflected by price. Kinda run down, my room had no real outside window, a bit noisy. It ll do, but I am sure there are better options in town for the same price.

Good n economical hotel.will stay there again next time.
