When we arrived we were immediately greeted, welcomed, and shown to our room. The hotel was clean and the rooftop views are wonderful and even better than pictured in the photos. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect proximity to the main walking street, bars, restaurants, seafood markets. The hotel staff connected us with the best tour guides. We had a very great stay, thank you to all the staff.

No hot water in the shower, the room door was flimsy and didn’t lock properly. The room was directly onto the street, so was very loud, the swimming pool was full of water but hadn’t been used in weeks/months. Disgusting

When we arrived we had booked a deluxe double which was a small room next to reception with no window. After speaking to reception they upgraded us to a first floor room with a balcony which was nice of them. The hotel is dated and needs a refurb. We were asked what time we wanted breakfast and we said 9am, at 8.40am we had a knock on the door to say it was ready, by the time we got upstairs to the restaurant at 8.50am the our egg on toast had been sitting on the table going cold for 10mins, a coffee was made for us and then they left. We booked 2 excursions at the hotel and waited an hour after arranged pick up time for both. Unfortunately only good thing was the friendly staff on reception.

The pool the whole visit was not working which was why I booked this property for the pool usage.

Staff was amazing, very helpful with arranging a shared boat tour and transportation to the ferry. Great location, can walk to everything in the town. We didn't care about the pool; however, if you do this is not the place for you; it's very small and really just for sitting in. The breakfast was good. Thanks for a great stay.

Overall it was ok. The room smelled like heavy raid when we checked in. They did give us another room for that night and placed a humidifier on the original room to make it better. It was just inconvenient. Also, there were a lot of ants. Other than that the staff were all very nice and the location was very accessible.

Booked the last minute and the staff were still very accommodating. They were supposed to be in a double bed but requested a single queen bed only, and they obliged.

Hotel beaucoup plus beau en photo qu'en vrai...Pas de Tv ni coffre fort dans la suite. Climatisation extrêmement bruyante. Les draps sont tachés... Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine car l'eau est très trouble manque de propreté... Le petit déjeuner est décevant seulement 4 choix. Café soluble. Pas de choix de boissons...

Personnel plus que serviable, piscine avec vue exceptionnelle. Dommage que le wifi soit quasiment inexistant dans les étages.

This is the nicest hotel we stayed in the Philippines. After 3 days on a boat trip, it was very refreshing to arrive at a clean hotel with great air conditioning, a real bathroom, nice floors, and working Wifi. Highly recommend - location is also very central in Coron.

Le gros point positif de l’hôtel : la vue. L’emplacement aussi est assez pratique puisqu’il est central. Le service était bien aussi, les employés étaient pour beaucoup serviables. Un van était disponible à l’aéroport pour nous récupérer, payant mais bien pratique. Malheureusement nous avons un peu été déçus du reste. Nous avons pris la chambre double supérieure, qui était bien différente des photos. Le draps était taché, il n’y avait pas de draps par dessus mais une couverture type plaid, pas idéal quand il fait très chaud… De plus, malgré les nombreuses photos du restaurant au coucher de soleil, l’hôtel ne propose ni de repas le midi ni le soir. Concernant le petit déjeuner « inclus » nous avons vraiment été déçus. Il y a uniquement du café en poudre en boisson, même pas de thé ou de jus de fruit, le sachet de thé était payant. Dans les quelques options de plats à choisir, pas un seul sucré, aucun fruit. Le seul plat sucré possible était un plat payant, deux pancakes sans fruits ou œufs. Il n’y a pas de climatisation à l’accueil, ni dans la salle de restauration. Le wifi ne fonctionne vraiment pas bien également. La climatisation dans la chambre est bruyante. On sent que les finitions ne sont pas bien faites (ex la piscine bleue qui déteint sur le corps, les murs et le sol en état moyen…)

A safe would have been great in the room especially with all the water activity’s in the area.

Hôtel super bien situé dans le centre de Coron. Les chambres sont propres et très classe. Le restaurant et la piscine offrent une vue magnifique de l’océan. Le personnel est au top.

Very basic, everything you need was there. However, the ladies at the front desk weren’t as polite and helpful as it could be and don’t expect too much of the breakfast and swimming pool.

The crew and customer service/support are very nice, accommodating and easy to talk to. They’re very friendly and helpful. Thank you for taking good care of us!
