Henann Tawala Resort

Limited food options inside the hotel. Way too many restrictions, does not allow food from outside to be brought in, no guest allowed in guest's rooms, no beachfront.

I would highly recommend the Henann Tawala Resort to anyone who wants to stay in a hotel that sets very high service standards and excellent facilities.Location is perfect,close to lots of eateries and some shopping.The rooms are very clean,modern and have everything that you need.The resort’s grounds are well maintained so are all the pool areas.From the time you check in to the time you check out you are really looked after.A special mention to the front desk staff who went above and beyond to make my Birthday a special one during my stay.I am very impressed with this Resort and give it a 10/10.Well Done

전체적으로 좋은 곳이네요. 후기 잘 안남기는데 만족했습니다. 음식 만드는게 조금 늦다는 거랑, 화장실이 노후화 됐다는 점만 조금 아쉬워요.

Check in process chaotic. Systems not in place to manage guest load. Confusing as to which areas of the collective properties are available to which guests. Staff indescretion and up charges seem punative and unnecessary.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel and excellent service, and all the staff were very friendly. great location. I would love to stay at this hotel on my next vacation

I stayed at this resort for 7 nights and was very disappointed with how a serious hygiene issue was handled. On the second day, I began experiencing itching. When I reported it to the front desk on the third day, they simply handed me a single-use ointment with no real explanation or concern. That evening, my friend also developed itching and signs consistent with bedbug bites. The hotel didn’t offer a solution—we had to directly request a room change ourselves the next morning. Although they agreed to move us, we had to carry all of our luggage without assistance. This completely disrupted our morning plans and added unnecessary stress. For a resort of this level, I expected much better cleanliness and guest service. It was a disappointing experience, and I hope the management takes this issue seriously and improves their hygiene standards and customer response.

I booked a room with a pool outside which was nice but the noise level was too loud for me. If you need a quiet peaceful room this is not for you.

Jätte bra och fint hotell. Härlig pool med poolbar med bra priser och utmärkt mat. Servicen på hotellet är väldigt bra, alla är så trevliga, de hälsar alltid, ler, ser till att man känner sig sedd och välkomnad. Hotellet ligger inte direkt vid stranden men det tar ca 3 min dit. Solsängar på stranden finns att tillgå tillsammans med det andra hennan alona beach hotellets gäster. Man kan även använda deras restaurang och sätta upp notan på rummet. Frukosten bland de bästa jag varit med om. Stor och fräsch med allt man kan tänka sig. Inget negativt alls att säga. Kommer gärna tillbaka

This property does not appear to make any exceptions, even in the event of personal emergencies. I recently lost an immediate family member just days before my scheduled booking and my request for cancellation was declined. I would urge others to carefully consider this when making a reservation, as my experience reflected a lack of compassion during a difficult time.

호텔 구조상 소리 울림이 커요. 그리고 조식구성 별로에요 과일이 진짜 없더라구요 망고 없는거 충격…

직원을 모두 친절하고, 공간도 청결하게 잘 유지 되었어요. 수영장도 이용하기 편리했습니다. 그렇지만 갇혀 있는 구조라서 그런지 리조트만 들어서면 너무 습해서 힘들었어요.

I love the breakfast buffet. The food taste excellent and a lot of choices. I like how the staff are accommodating. I just wish that they would open the pool until 10 or 11 pm.

The Hotel is massive and always busy. The amenities are in best level. The room is amazing. The hospitality and customer service from the staffs are impeccably above and beyond.
