Problems with the room. The first room had a lot of humidity and the air conditioner did not work. The floorboards were lifted from the humidity. The room also smelled of mold. The hotel staff took care of it nicely when we mentioned it and we got another room. The hotel is otherwise nice and the pool area is small but has a great view of the sea.

We were here for 4 days and from the first minute to the last it was amazing. The rooms are state of the art eith ipads to control everything. The rooms are super clean and comfy beds. Everyday they stock it with more water. We had a small issue with a drain not draining and they fixed it in minutes.
The view from the pool is best on the island and the 6pm sunsets are amazing.

We enjoyed our stay at The Lime Resort. The property is relatively new and well-maintained. The hotel staff are friendly, helpful, and hospitable, as expected from Filipinos. However, the staff would benefit from proper training in hospitality industry standards.
Housekeeping was inconsistent - some days, toilet paper was not replaced, and towels were missing. At the 7th floor restaurant, the location is beautiful, especially for watching the sunset. However, several menu items were unavailable due to supply shortages, yet they remained listed. Additionally, food was often served cold and at inconsistent times. One member of our party had to wait an hour for their meal, only to receive it cold. The manager explained that the kitchen is on the first floor, which may cause delays, but this logistical challenge should be addressed to ensure proper service.
The next day, we ordered halo-halo for dessert, and both servings contained small pieces of hard plastic chips.
I encourage the management and owners to improve their operations to make Lime Resort a truly enjoyable destination for vacationers.

Very nice upscale property at the
north end of Carong Carong beach. Loved the infinity pool and the free ice cream and popcorn. It's a little far away from most of the restaurants but a 100 peso tricycle ride will get you anywhere. Or you can walk the beach for 10 - 20 minutes.

The view is amazing! Staff are nice .
Although on checking out we were presented with a restaurant bill on which is not ours.Good I still have our receipts from the restaurant. We always pay our bill in cash before leaving the restaurant. Staff must have misheard the room number of the other diner and charged it to our room. I told them to check their camera .The music is loud too .I suggest they have guests initial their bill every time they charged it to their room . I emailed and messaged them in messager to find out what happened after we left but nobody responded yet . Other than that we have a pleasant stay!

The staff, everyone of them was outstanding! You are treated always with kindness and respect with sincerity. I spoke and had a conversation with the hotel manager named Yvette and told her I was impressed. I guess whatever she's doing really works. I noticed and picked up all this as someone who worked in the hotel business since 1974.

I really liked this hotel, but the staff working in the reception were awful. They offered poor service and we did not feel welcomed at all. The rest of the staff working at the hotel were good though. I will probably not stay at this resort again..

The property feels new and clean. We were often at a loss to figure out the staff. They were friendly but mostly useless. Same limited menu in both restaurants. The breakfast buffet (included) featured cold food that should have been kept properly heated. Scrambled eggs were literally floating in liquid--very disgusting. We discovered the omlet bar onnthe opposite corner ofnthe large restaurant. They seemed to lack any organization as to leeping track of whose orders were up. We waited an inordinate time for our onlets to be served.
Finally the roomsl was spacious everywhere except the bathroom. You have to walk into the shower and close the bathroom door in order to get to the toilet. Only one person could use the sink because of this poorly planned configuration. At the very least the bathroom door should have the hinges replaced so it swings into the room rather than up against the toilet with zero clearance fornthe door to open or close. We were unimpressed with Lime Resort!

The pool has great amenities and great staff. The breakfast was okay. Some good local food.
The rooms are very interesting and has lots of automation. But are small. So just be aware. The other thing is that it needs abit of a clean in some areas like bathroom and needs some pest control as we had a roach in our room curtain
