The pool was under renovation. MC lost my reservation for Elnido Resort when I was ready to go to the property. I had reservation @11 am to be taken at the Elnido Resort but somehow my reservation vanished..

Generally good overall.
The location property has a lot of bugs that attacked our family and got bitten quite a bit including inside the bedrooms.
They have public doors that can cut off your finger if you’re not aware how the door opens because the proximity of the door handles to the other door are too close.
They also have doors that cover a higher la ding which can cause you to trip.
It’s not a ADA friendly location IMO.
I pointed these out to management at checkout. Hopefully they will heed my suggestions and complaints about these to avoid future accidents and litigation.

Our first time in this hotel, the nightly rate was a little pricey so was expecting everything to be 100% better than usual. Our experience was just that. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was just what we wanted. Has a private beach which was not as busy as the other beaches, and also has a big swimming pool right by the beach. There are also a few local fine restaurants within walking distance from the property along the beach area. I would highly recommend this place.

This was a more expensive hotel but you definitely get what you pay for. The food was phenomenal and there are tons of restaurants and shops close by within the vicinity. Everything around the hotel is pretty close but if you want to go into el nido more, it’s about a 20minute drive.
My only suggestion is to not book anything through the hotel, it will just cost a bit more money. But all in all a wonderful stay, beautifully maintained and very comfortable with amazing rooms.
The beach access is perfect, lots of things to do like free paddle board, kayak, snorkel gear to rent, and lots of chairs to lounge in

Had the most amazing stay at Seda Lio! Staff were so attentive and professional, special shout out to Eddie the lifeguard at the beach who made our stay 5* quality!
Definitely agree with others who mentioned the hotel has an exclusive luxury feel given its location. The hotel offers complimentary water activities (paddle boarding, snorkelling, kayaking, windsurfing etc) and we spent a lot of time enjoying the ping pong table in the games room!
Beautiful 5 min walk down the beach to some restaurants and shops or you can take a 20 min trike into el nido town.
Had the best stay here!!

Bra hotell men börjar bli slitet. Poolen måste göras i ordning då 30% av allt kakel är löst eller trasigt.
Restaurangen måste ta ett par snäpp upp för att komma upp i standard. Frukosten är helt okey men kunde varit bättre.
Servicen i poolbaren och runt poolen tar allt för lång tid och maten som sagt måste bli bättre.
Rumen är stora och fina. Vi hade en svit på markplan och det kan rekommenderas.
Ac har högt ljud men fungerar bra så kallt på rummen.
Städningen är bra varje dag.
Läget en bit utanför El Nido stad är bra. Ligger i ett mysigt område med flera bra restauranger runt hotellet och området är rent och fint.
En tucktuck till staden tar 10min.

My first impression of the resort and the beach view was absolutely amazing—the location is stunning, and the resort itself is beautiful.
The rooms are clean, but unfortunately, my room had a foul smell when I arrived. I did bring it to the staff’s attention, and while they sprayed something to help neutralize the odor, it did not fully resolve the issue. I believe this is an area that could use further attention.
On a positive note, the staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout my stay, which I really appreciated.
I believe there is still room for improvement:
The food at the main restaurant was underwhelming. I tried several dishes, and overall they were mediocre. The pizza, in particular, was quite disappointing—sorry to say!
One thing that really stood out was the plastic glasses used at the restaurant. They looked worn out and unappealing, which isn’t consistent with a 5-star hotel experience. I strongly suggest replacing them with proper glassware, as it impacts the overall perception of quality.
On a more positive note, I dined at the beachfront restaurant on the other side, and the food there was much better, and there were no plastic glasses in sight—which made a noticeable difference.
Please take this as constructive feedback. With some adjustments, Seda Lio has the potential to offer a truly 5-star experience across the board. I plan to return next year—hopefully with the chance to stay at Seda Lio again and see some of these improvements.

The location is great. It is oceanfront, close to the airport and walking distance to restaurants. However, I had many issues with scheduling an island tour and the payment process was a nightmare after the tour. The credit card reader from the tour provider did not work and I had to keep following up with them when I could make the payment. The resort did try to help me with these issues, but there needs to be a clear process of how customers sign up for tours and when they can pay for it.

Generally good overall.
The location property has a lot of bugs that attacked our family and got bitten quite a bit including inside the bedrooms.
They have public doors that can cut off your finger if you’re not aware how the door opens because the proximity of the door handles to the other door are too close.
They also have doors that cover a higher la ding which can cause you to trip.
It’s not a ADA friendly location IMO.
I pointed these out to management at checkout. Hopefully they will heed my suggestions and complaints about these to avoid future accidents and litigation.

Loved the beach front and the overall layout of the place. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a variety of dishes available every morning. Looking forward to our next visit.

Our first time in this hotel, the nightly rate was a little pricey so was expecting everything to be 100% better than usual. Our experience was just that. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was just what we wanted. Has a private beach which was not as busy as the other beaches, and also has a big swimming pool right by the beach. There are also a few local fine restaurants within walking distance from the property along the beach area. I would highly recommend this place.

This was a more expensive hotel but you definitely get what you pay for. The food was phenomenal and there are tons of restaurants and shops close by within the vicinity. Everything around the hotel is pretty close but if you want to go into el nido more, it’s about a 20minute drive.
My only suggestion is to not book anything through the hotel, it will just cost a bit more money. But all in all a wonderful stay, beautifully maintained and very comfortable with amazing rooms.
The beach access is perfect, lots of things to do like free paddle board, kayak, snorkel gear to rent, and lots of chairs to lounge in

Had the most amazing stay at Seda Lio! Staff were so attentive and professional, special shout out to Eddie the lifeguard at the beach who made our stay 5* quality!
Definitely agree with others who mentioned the hotel has an exclusive luxury feel given its location. The hotel offers complimentary water activities (paddle boarding, snorkelling, kayaking, windsurfing etc) and we spent a lot of time enjoying the ping pong table in the games room!
Beautiful 5 min walk down the beach to some restaurants and shops or you can take a 20 min trike into el nido town.
Had the best stay here!!

Amazing resort. Only one restaurant on the resort, but plenty of options within walking distance in the beach. Highly recommend Seda Lio to anyone visiting El Nido.

Bra hotell men börjar bli slitet. Poolen måste göras i ordning då 30% av allt kakel är löst eller trasigt.
Restaurangen måste ta ett par snäpp upp för att komma upp i standard. Frukosten är helt okey men kunde varit bättre.
Servicen i poolbaren och runt poolen tar allt för lång tid och maten som sagt måste bli bättre.
Rumen är stora och fina. Vi hade en svit på markplan och det kan rekommenderas.
Ac har högt ljud men fungerar bra så kallt på rummen.
Städningen är bra varje dag.
Läget en bit utanför El Nido stad är bra. Ligger i ett mysigt område med flera bra restauranger runt hotellet och området är rent och fint.
En tucktuck till staden tar 10min.

My first impression of the resort and the beach view was absolutely amazing—the location is stunning, and the resort itself is beautiful.
The rooms are clean, but unfortunately, my room had a foul smell when I arrived. I did bring it to the staff’s attention, and while they sprayed something to help neutralize the odor, it did not fully resolve the issue. I believe this is an area that could use further attention.
On a positive note, the staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout my stay, which I really appreciated.
I believe there is still room for improvement:
The food at the main restaurant was underwhelming. I tried several dishes, and overall they were mediocre. The pizza, in particular, was quite disappointing—sorry to say!
One thing that really stood out was the plastic glasses used at the restaurant. They looked worn out and unappealing, which isn’t consistent with a 5-star hotel experience. I strongly suggest replacing them with proper glassware, as it impacts the overall perception of quality.
On a more positive note, I dined at the beachfront restaurant on the other side, and the food there was much better, and there were no plastic glasses in sight—which made a noticeable difference.
Please take this as constructive feedback. With some adjustments, Seda Lio has the potential to offer a truly 5-star experience across the board. I plan to return next year—hopefully with the chance to stay at Seda Lio again and see some of these improvements.

The location is great. It is oceanfront, close to the airport and walking distance to restaurants. However, I had many issues with scheduling an island tour and the payment process was a nightmare after the tour. The credit card reader from the tour provider did not work and I had to keep following up with them when I could make the payment. The resort did try to help me with these issues, but there needs to be a clear process of how customers sign up for tours and when they can pay for it.
