คอนโดเทล Tess และ Tessha ใกล้สนามบิน T3

The property is in average condition and is adequate for a safe stay. They promise Netflix, but in reality you may or may not get it— if they are busy, probably not. The concierge said it’s ‘first come, first served’— which isn’t in their ads. lol. I was there 2 weeks and had one ask if they wanted to clean. I am a single man and entertained different guests nightly. I paid, up front to have guests. They were different about the entry policy— sometimes there were no questions … other times it was a dozen questions. Just depends on who was on the desk, I guess. It’s a safe adequate place. Close to T3 at the airport— walking there in 5 minutes! Several eating places close.

Well situated to terminal 3, the airport, clean, safe. Everything is close by. We didn't like the bed, very squeaky, the air con was noisy when the compressor kicked in and at times we couldn't connect to Netflix. The room was very clean including the bathroom, and personnel was very polite and friendly. And they had very competitive prices.

ロビー着いてしばらく待つように言われ、待っていると従業員の女性がやって来て、どうやら近くの違う建物に宿泊先があるとのこと。 徒歩で案内され、写真とは違う建物に到着。もちろん部屋も全く異なる仕様でだいぶ格下げされたなという印象。 このホテルの写真を見て申し込んだのに全く違う部屋でとても残念です。 部屋でGも見つけてしまって一睡もできず。 トランジット用のためだけにとったホテルだったので、これなら空港で待ってれば良かった・・皆さまもお気を付けください・・

It’s in an eclectic surrounding. In front of the hotel is very upscale. If you venture around the back, it’s more grungy, which I don’t mind. I found a second hand store and bought some stuff. A lot of food options right outside the lobby, mostly fast food and pizza along with an upscale Japanese restaurant. Around the corner there’s typical Philippino food. Plus there’s a small grocery store right there by the lobby. The host for my Condotel was very accommodating and attentive and friendly and helpful. The room was nice, clean and had a kitchenette with a good size refrigerator and a 2 burner counter top and a microwave. I felt very safe in the area. Very close to terminal 3, which was very convenient, only 101 php for Grab taxi

Unable to locate property had instructions actually told you where the condo was might have helped. Front of desk staff professional and security good, central to all amenities and excellent for terminal 3 airport

It was so great to stay in a very reasonably priced apartment so conveniently close to Terminal 3. It is a 20 minute easy walk over the "Manila Runway" from picking up our bags or to the airline check-in counters. Upon arrival we were welcomed by Rose who showed us to the apartment and ensured that our questions were answered. (I have stayed in several other apartments in the area and as good as their apartments were most of them relied on being given the key by the reception person after finding the correct building).

Excellent room and quiet from road noise. A/C was excellent but did have some initial confusion on which room was allocated when I arrived. Apart from that - door and desk staff were excellent.

As the lovby was well attended with marble tiles, and great lighting, we all expected that the upper floors will be as maintained. However, for a brief stay and freat location, I would return for another booking.

It’s a great experience.
