All kinds of problems with aircon. Would shut off in middle of the night waking me up in a sweat. Told to just reset the fuse switches. Got terrible sleep. Cheap uncomfortable bed. Great location and very clean.

yes, ac good, city view great, staff are welcoming and professionals… bedroom is good and the beddings.. need bigger trash bin, sofa cover cloth needs to replace , shower room drainage needs improvement.

Property host is very responsive, fast, considerate, understanding and amazingly very helpful. Unit is very neat and clean, organized and have that north american vibe. I will definitely stay at this property again.

Location was excellent.

the stay was almost perfect (9.5/10). the owner was easy to communicate with and accommodating. instructions were easy to follow. the room was well-equipped with amenities and clean. location was very accessible to Uptown go-to as well as the nearby BGC. the only thing that missed the stay was that both pools were closed on the day we were there. there was also no parking available. we had to cross to the other building for available space.

The room was really nice, very clean and comfortable. The host, George, was very responsive to any questions we had. Louie also helped us with our luggages. Overall, our two-week stay was wonderful! Thank you.

Such a wonderful unit to stay at! It's spacious and a great place to stay for families! George was also an amazing host & accomodated all our concerns and requests. The whole property was clean and minimalistic + had all the necessities such as washing machine, utensils, microwave, etc. Looking forward to staying again in the future!

The one bedroom is ideal for a single person, as the duvet will not fit an average size human. Although restaurants are a very short walk from the condo. It would be nice to have a coffee shop in house.

George was a great host. very responsive to my messages on WA. check in was seemless. unit was spotless. staff were pleasant.

The unit is immaculate and check-in was a breeze. George, the property manager, was quick to respond and was easily reachable. The place is well supplied with things you would need in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Uptown Mall is just a 5-minute walk and Landers supermarket is right next to the building. We had an amazing and relaxing stay.

Despite the Apartment was not ready upon checked-in, Mr George was very attentive to his customers. His prompt reponses to emails and requests needed were reliable. The only suggestions we can give: 1) The garbage disposal. They should have a disposal area within the floor. Or allow to leave garbage outside the room esp for a short stay customers, instead of waiting for a knock at the door. 2) Check the AC. We noticed that every AC in our Unit would leak on the floor the entirety of our stay. Thank you. from: RM 14E

Close to shopping malls

I recommend this property. Besides the proximity to all the convenience in the world, food, transportation. Shopping, the people at the facility makes you feel welcome. George who I think manages the property responded timely to any all inquiries I had.

Would definitely stay again clean n convenient location

I liked everything about this property except the following: Local Dance Clubs go until 4am with bass reverberating almost all night This area is very expensive to dine in. It wasn't made clear that the one A/C control worked for both A/C units. The building was beautiful, however, the desk personnel were not strict about checking who belonged there. The room was spacious enough as a one bedroom. The amenities were just enough for a few days. I stayed six. The bathroom was super small, but did have a shower curtain preventing a wet floor around the sink area.
