AAA STAY Market Square Old Town

Wonderful location!!!!!

A perfect stay from beginning to end! Spotless apartment full of charm, with everything needed for comfort. The location is great if you wish to step out your front door and experience the hustle and bustle of the vibrant Old Town district; bedrooms are on the quiet courtyard sided the apartment, so not a peep was heard during the night. The best feature however, was our host Darek who went above and beyond to ensure our every comfort. We highly recommend this place!

We stayed in the Swietojanska 27 / 29 one. Love this charming apartment. It’s the perfect place to stay in the heart of the old town. You can walk to the market square, castle square, restaurants, and museums in just a few minutes. It’s a nice walk in and around the old town with a lot of interesting histories. Derek from the apartment is very friendly and knowledgeable. He taught us a lot about Poland's history and gave us some great tips. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place!

Excellent location. Space was comfortable and warm - we stayed there in snowy December. We did not make use of kitchen facilities except for refrigerator and tea pot - there were too many enticing restaurants and cafes in the area - but it was stocked for use. It was nice having two separate bedrooms. Would definitely recommend. Check in instructions were easy to follow and although we never met our hosts, they were diligent in checking to make sure everything was as expected and were available to respond to questions (we initially couldn't find the internet code) quickly. I would definitely recommend.

The property was well appointed. It lacked nothing. It was clean, modern and had an incredibly beautiful view. The agency provided very detailed instructions for everything and even e-mailed to see if all was well after I checked in. I felt so safe, comfortable and eek one.

Es war leicht zu finden, die Schlüsselübergabe war auch leicht. Zu empfehlen, ich komme gerne wieder. Mitten im Zentrum, alles in Warschau leicht zu erreichen.

Matching the keys with the right key holes in the dark upon arrival is a challenge!

The apartment was absolutely fantastic. Great location, great price and lovely decor/terrace. Communication was excellent and check in/check out was super easy, with very easy and helpful guidance sent via email before we arrived.

Die Lage ist fantastic, Kommunikation klappte wunderbar, Schlüsselkaste und Anleitung waren informativ und es gab kein Problem damit ! Würde jederzeit die kleine Wohnung empfehlen und auch jederzeit wiederkommen !!!! ( nur der Holzboden quietscht ... )

Very near to a great restaurant & lots of bars & other restaurants

Ideal location in Old Town in walking distance of lots of bars & restaurants & shops & close to the river walk into town. Communication before & during was excellent - exceptionally prompt & clear

The location is excellent, and the property in good shape. We had a miserable flight to Warsaw, a day late and without our luggage for 12 hours, and the help and kindness we received from Anna at the property went a long way making it better for us. Not the least, she arranged for a taxi to the airport for our return trip at 330 hours, and the taxi was not only on time but also inexpensive. She also gave us recommendations for purchasing toiletries and clothes when we were unsure that our bags would ever arrive. Anna also made helpful suggestions about local groceries. She made herself available whenever we had questions or requests. We liked the restaurants in the Old Town Square, a walk of a few minutes. There are also numerous artists who sell hand made/painted souvenirs in the square. Public transportation is readily available nearby, and we were able to walk to many places we wanted to see as well. We heartily recommend this property to anyone who goes to Warsaw.

The location of this property is amazing. Right off the market square in Old Town. The location is close to everything in Old Town and all the tourist attractions. The property is difficult to find as the street curves around the corner to #5. The apartment itself is not my style as I like modern, but it is fine for a short stay. It was clean. Bathroom and kitchen are small and utilitarian. It looks like many apartments for short term lease.

I cannot fault AAA for their efficiency in acknowledging our booking, and instructions. However the website shows some very nice looking apartments but the reality certainly for our allocated apartment was not so. The second floor position was quite difficult with no lift because we had large cases, also very dark and dismal hall and stairway. Apartment very old and shabby. Parquee flooring shot to pieces and couldnt walk in living area without tremendous noise so at night impossible not to wake others. Kitchen functional but with a hotch potch collection of cutlery and crockery - very old. Bathroom very dark, toilet seat loose and although fixed was loose again within minutes. Shower attachment could not be adjusted so pointed straight down unless on full blast and sheer force made it change position and then flooded. Sofa bed for third perdon very old and rickety - not pleasant to sleep on. Various other things e.g. missing curtain hooks, one teaspoon, broken lampshade. Altogether very disappointing part of our otherwise nice trip to Warsaw.

5 minute easy walk to Old Town Market Square. 15 minute walk to the river. Lots of choices for eating places. Email corrospondance before arriving was outstanding with clear precise instruction s on how to access the apartment. Very spacious and light and very secure.
