Antique Apartments Old Town

Check in first at the main desk, location is about a 10 min walk. Otherwise it’s a beautiful stay in a great spot

Selve leiligheten var helt topp. Mange flotte bilder på veggene, rent og ordentlig. Inngangen fra veien til gården var ikke helt på samme standard.

Fantastic location in Old Town Krakow. We had a 2 bedroom beautiful apartment including kitchen and living room, just amazing. It was spotless, we could control the temperature. Staff excellent. Only small negative was no elevator, climbing the stairs was a good work out! LOL Very happy I stayed here, no regrets.

Apartment was very spacious and clean. On an ideal location with own town charm. The receptionist was helpful.

The floors were old and falling apart causing my 2 toddlers to trip over fhem. We wete at the highwst level and no elevators with 2 little kids and strollers. The air vents were filthy which means we were breathing a nasty air in. . Even tho it says parking available it was far away which caused huge issue when elaving for the airport at 3am. Only good thing was the balcony so when kids went to bed we could still sit out like we like to do.

The room was clean and the bathroom had been refurbished. Just a little on the small side for two. It would have suited single occupancy.

Otima localização, a 2 quadras da praça do mercado e dentro da Old Town. Decoração do apt horrenda( vermelho, roxo e dourado) mas confortável, limpo e bem equipado. O que eu não gostei é que não há elevador e o checkout foi muito cedo, 11hs. Não me hospedaria novamente.

Hej på er! Ett väldigt fint och välutrustat ställe, en liten lägenhet mitt inne i gamla staden. Nära till både stora torget och centralstationen. Det ni behöver vara medvetna om är att incheckningen är på ett ställe och sannolikt boendet en bit bort! Ca 5-10 minutersgångväg. Husen kan sakna hiss så det kan bli en ett antal trappor! On booking I searched for an apartment with a balcony the Classic Apartment which is one of the more expensive rooms with Antique Apartments, had this as a amenity so I booked this room. When we checked in the room did not have a balcony and didn't look anything like the photos. We went the next morning to reception as this a 10 minute walk away from the apartment itself and when we checked in it was very late. In the morning we explained that our room didn't have a balcony and they said we needed to take this up with hotels.com and there is no other rooms available to be swapped. I have spoken to hotels.com who contacted the hotel and they denied that we spoke to them. They said we had told them they could of rectified the issue. However after numerous attempts explaining we did they continue to denie tmhis and state I'm on know ground for a claim. I just asked to be compensated for the lack of balcony as if we had known this was the case I would if booked a cheaper room. The customer service is shocking as I have a legitimate reason and they just continue to make lies rather than just an apology. Their is apparently a shared patio area therefore it's okay however we were not even told the place had a shared patio and if it did it was 2 floors down and the room clearly states balcony/patio not shared patio. Non of the other rooms state patio and if it's shared it would state shared patio. I'm not going to win my case in this however if I can inform others :)

We stayed in a lovely apartment on Studencka just 5-10 minutes walk from the main square and 3 minutes from the nearest tram stop. It had a huge bathroom, a spacious double bedroom and plenty of room in the open plan lounge/kitchen for the double sofa bed. Everything was spotlessly clean. There was even a little balcony with nice views.

El hotel se encuentra en una calle totalmente distinta a donde se tiene que hacer el checkin (unos 10’ caminando). Si vienes en coche, olvídate de aparcarlo cerca del hotel, porque es una zona exclusiva para residentes. Lo más cerca que puedes dejarlo es a unos 7-8’ caminando, y pagando. A la hora de hacer el checkin te facilitan también un parking, pero este resulta estar a 10’ caminando del hotel, por un valor de 18€. Nosotros dejándolo al final en zona de pago pagamos 21€ dejándolo todo el día entero, porque se paga de 10-20h, el resto del día gratis, y no hace falta que muevas el coche ni renueves ticket. El apartamento como tal, es viejo, las escaleras para acceder a él son muy antiguas, desiguales, gastadas. El mobiliario del hotel está muy anticuado. Un poco decepcionante, pero viene bien porque está en pleno centro, a 3’ de la basílica y la plaza del mercado.

Huge apartment. In downtown and kitchen

We stayed in the Golebia Street flats. The room was so beautifully decorated and comfortable. We loved the location and having a small kitchen for breakfasts. We appreciated the big fan. We had excellent community with the check in desk which is at a different site. We were able to WhatsApp them to request more pillows and coffee. We took an Uber back to the airport and paid about 50 Zloty. We absolutely loved this hotel!
