Aparthouse Woźna 11 Old Town

I was minded not to leave a review having seen how the owners have responded to other customers, they don’t take any responsibility and push back blaming the customer for their shortcomings. We purchased two rooms one for ourselves and family. We checked in online as requested with passports and signatures and received confirmation of receipt along with a link to a code to access the building and room. We were delayed at the airport security long queues and didn’t arrive until around 10.30. When we got to the building someone held the door open and we went to our rooms. When we got there we tried to access the code but only one worked. We deposited our cases in one room and then went downstairs to find a contact number for reception, nobody answered. We then spent the next 45mins trying to get the link to work, I have photos of the link saying sorry we can’t find what you’re looking for. I then received an email saying both rooms had been cancelled, apparently because we didn’t type the code into the door before this is what happens. We have paid, we have sent the physical check in but if you don’t put the code in before 11pm then you lose your room and your money. I then contacted the emergency number and a very rude man said he didn’t care, wasn’t his problem we had received instructions. He left two 60 year olds without accommodation. He put the phone down then blocked me. In addition they charge for absolute everything as an extra. My advice stay away or lose your money.

Great location. In the heart of the old town. Elegant lobby area. Spacious bathroom with good power shower. Bed not that comfortable.

Lovely place to stay, great location and facilities. Quick responses on anything needed via WhatsApp. Really enjoyed my stay!

Wonderful apartment. Very clean, comfortable bed, lovely powerful shower! Coffee machine and kitchen area a real bonus! Very central location just off the main square! We loved it!

Heb een bevredigend verblijf gehad. Had het iets groter verwacht door de foto's van de kamer. Prachtige foto's. Er stond bij uitzicht op de stad, maar dat waren de huizen ertegenover. Ik miste een lift en meer pannen in de keuken. De toeslag voor de honden vind ik te hoog, het diervriendelijke zit niet in de toeslag. 2 honden 30 euro per dag. Service vind ik te benepen. Scherven van een bord konden niet even opgeveegd worden op ons verzoek door personeel terwijl hij op de gang bezig was met stoffer en blik. Wel direkt de kosten van het kapotte bord aangeven. Ik had iets meer zorg en klantvriendelijkheid verwacht. Verder ben ik tevreden. Genoeg licht, douche goed, bed goed en de kitchenette was goed.

Uns und vielen anderen Reisende fanden den ,, Check in " grauen voll !! Alles nur mit Automatik Ansagen, keine persönliche Ansprache am Telefon. Und wer nicht sehr gut Polnisch versteht, sollte nicht dort buchen. Es auch deutliche Kennzeichnung von den Stellen wo z.B. der Türöffner Parkplatz. Auch das zusenden des Zimmers Codes war sehr problematisch.

Great location to the main square, with plenty of bars and restaurants. Bed and room were clean maybe just due a new stroke of paint ! Overall amazing stay and value for money.

Had 2 different staff members hang up on me when I was struggling to get into the premises and my room. Had my entry code changed 3 times while staying there and had me stressed out of my mind with the lack of English support. Made my stay in Poznan a stressful one, would not recommend.

You can control the temperature of the room with the heat.

The quality of the bed and materassi should be improved. Rooms on the back are ok but the ones on the stress are uncofortables because of traffic and noise during the night. Flavio Italy

Easy check in

Slow email with check in information impacted our arrival. Email with check in instructions and vital code, only arrived ON the actual date of travel, which meant we wasted time trying to leave bags at the site ahead of check in. There was no previous information to say to look out for an email and that it was DIY check in. An earlier email or info online should have to been sent to explain this.

Bra läge i gamla stan. Tydlig info ( hotellet är ej bemannad). Men väldigt lyhört mot korridoren och alla krogar hörs in om man har fönstren öppna

Staff wasn’t friendly at all. The bed is very uncomfortable, you can feel the metal springs against your back. Bathroom drying towel was dirty and obviously not changed. I only stayed 1 night so it was an okay experience, and the details they email you for self-check-in are clear, but I wouldn’t book there again.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, direkt im Herzen von Poznań, jedoch war der Sauberkeitszustand zu Wünschen übrig. Es lag sehr viel Staub im Raum und im Badezimmer gibt es Schimmel. Schade war auch, dass es etwas schwierig war, mit der Kontaktperson zu sprechen und den Hauscode rechtzeitig zu bekommen.

worst experience ever someone came in to my room when i left stole my money changed locks!! i had to pay extra to get back to my room! absolute scam! AVOID THIS PLACE! also black mold in bathroom
