Hostel Deco

Worst thing was bathrooms constantly running out of toilet paper and soap.Otherwise decent.

This was a very pleasant Hotel. The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The price was very reasonable.

We were very pleased with Hostel Deco. Check in was easy, our room was clean and there were two bathrooms on our floor. I like the design of the renovation of the building. It is clear that careful thought was put in to making it a welcome and unique space. We will be back!

Good stay and late night checkin available.

Camera spaziosa, cucina ben fornita e sala comune non molto frequentata ma carina. L'unica pecca la luce che si spegne in bagno perché il sensore di movimento non capisce la tua presenza e non c'è modo di riaccenderla.

Tout était niquel sauf la douche qui a un debit d'eau à s'en faire mal à la peau et la lumière de la salle de bain qui s'éteint toutes les 2-3 minutes et qu'il faut sortir de la douche pour la rallumer. Sinon tout était parfait que ce soit la chambre, l'insonorisation, le personnel, l'emplacement de l'hôtel et le prix.

Dear Sir/Madam, I stayed at Hostel Deco in Kraków, with check-out scheduled for 11:00 AM on September 13th, 2025. After checking out, we left our luggage at the property and went out for a walk. We returned to the hostel around 5:00 PM to rest until the departure time of our bus at 10:00 PM. During the shift change, the evening receptionist informed us that we could not remain in the common areas of the hostel, even after check-out, and asked us to leave immediately. This approach was abrupt and caused us discomfort, especially considering that the previous receptionist had not mentioned any such restriction. I would like to formally express my dissatisfaction with the way we were treated and request clarification regarding the hostel’s policies on the use of common areas after check-out. People who work there were very kind with me, and public spaces were clean. People who stay there is safe, and also the situation that you can breathe it's really nice. Unique negative thing is that due to work, was not possible open the window of the room, so the smell of people who stay before me in the room stay there. But I really like that hostel and I suggest to everyone!

charming no tea in kitchen

Hostel barato alejado del centro, la puerta de la habitación no cerraba bien y se escuchaba todo el ruido de los pasillos. Mucho adolescente salvaje sin ninguna educación como huéspedes. Las recepcionistas muy simpáticas y serviciales.

The staff were very attentive, hospitable and warm and always willing to help you plan your itinerary well, they really care about your welfare too. This hostel also has an excellent environment, you will meet people from all over the world and this will help you to maximise your experience in Krakow.

Room was of the quality to be expected for the price paid. Curtains were a bit hard to close. Beds were okay. Bathroom was really modern and actually really nice!

È subito fuori dalla circonvallazione, quindi 1km dal centro. I bagni sono nuovi, la doccia è come quella delle piscine quindi temporizzata e và ripremuto il pulsante. I letti e cuscini sono un po' vecchi, cedono troppo. L'asciugamano va chiesto alla reception con cauzione di 5 euro

Just outside the hustle & Bustle of Krakow market Sq. but only a short walk away! Wavel Castle & all the other attractions are in a similar position.

A lovely, friendly hostel. I had a private ensuite room which was quite spacious. The bathroom was spotless, and very modern. I walked there from the train station, and it took me around 12 minutes. But local transport options pass by the hostel. The old town is also about a 10 minute walk away. They have a 24hr reception which is great for late arrivals.

Hotel con stile originale. Pulizia impeccabile, staff gentile e disponibile. La struttura si trova relativamente vicina al centro, ben servita dai trasporti.

I really liked this place

I stayed in a six bed dorm and I am satisfied with the overall experience. It is everything you would expect from a hostel but with a few things that elevated the experience: 1. Clean shared bathrooms. Unlike the smelly and dark bathrooms I experienced in other hostels, the bathrooms here are modern, bright and cleaned every day 2. Common room with comfy sofa, TV and game consoles (I have not used them so I can't vouch if they work). 3. "Cafeteria" - Located one floor below the reception, I believe only open at day time. What I can say for sure is, in case you have not been impressed by the shared bathrooms outside of your room, the toilets here are as clean as the others and with stunning lighting. 4. Locker room for luggage - Next to the cafeteria, there are plenty of storage spaces. Not sure if you need to pay extra for it. 5. Garden - place to sit outdoor and hang your washing (important for later). There are also bike racks! 6. Towel can be borrowed free of charge, the catch is you need to leave a deposit (cash only) and will be fully refunded when you return it. 7. Convenient location - Multiple bus and tram stations within 10 minutes of walking Here are some minor complaints : 1. Room can be hot in the summer. However, it is uncommon for Polish buildings with AC or electric fans anyway. 2. Luggage space in the shared dorm is quite limited and inevitably will take up some common space 3. Washing machine is available but no dryer is available.
